Displaying the UTC Time
1. Select OK → Settings → Clock → UTC-time
The current UTC time and the date are displayed.
2. Press to return to the menu.
7.4.5 Date Format
This function is used to change the format of the date dis-
play. You may select from both formats DD.MM.YYYY and
DD/MM/YYYY:
• DD = day,
• MM = month
• YYYY = year.
Changing the Date Format Settings
1. Select OK → Settings → 
Clock
→ Format date
The current setting for the date format is displayed.
2. Use cursor keys and to select the required
setting. Pres
s OK.
The new setting is stored.
7.5 Company Lock
This function can be only called up if you have inserted a
company card or control card into one of the card slots.
This menu contains the following functions:
• Display company lock info
• Company lock: lock-in
• Company lock: lock-out
7.5.1 Display Company Lock Information
This function is used to display information on the current
company lock. The information includes the following data:
• Name of company
• Address of company
• Date and time of lock
Displaying the Company Lock Information
1. Select OK → Settings → 
Company Lock → Info
The information about the current company lock is
displayed.
2. Use cursor keys and to access the required line.
3. Press  to return to the menu.
