Sicherheitshinweise 2.4 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Deutsch Die EFOY-Geräte der Firma SFC Energy AG sind automatische Ladegeräte für 12 V Blei-Akkumulatoren (Batterien). Beachten Sie folgendes: 2.5 • Die Geräte dürfen nur zum Laden von Blei-Akkumulatoren (Batterien) verwendet werden, die den technischen Daten des Gerätes entsprechen (siehe Kapitel 6 “Technische Daten“ auf Seite 44). • Die Geräte dürfen nur mit den Original EFOY-Tankpatronen betrieben werden.

Weiter Informationen finden Sie im Kapitel 3.5 „Menüführung des Bedienpanels“ auf Seite 25. Betriebszustände Startphase Die Brennstoffzelle durchläuft eine Startphase von bis zu 20 Minuten. Danach erreicht sie ihre volle Nennleistung. Ladebetrieb Die Brennstoffzelle lädt die Bordbatterie.
Betrieb INFO: Deutsch Im normalen Betrieb unterbricht die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle einige Male pro Stunde die Stromerzeugung. Dabei wird ein Ladestrom von 0,0 A angezeigt. 3.3 Stilllegen und Ausbau 3.3.1 Ausschalten 1. Drücken Sie die Bedienpanel. Taste auf dem 2. Wählen Sie „Manuell Aus“ aus. 3. Die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle nur aufrecht stehend lagern. 3.4 Betriebsmodi Für den Aufruf des Menüs „Betriebsmodus“ stehen Ihnen 2 Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung: • • Direkter Aufruf Aufruf über das Haupmenü Auswahl des Betriebsmodus über den direkten Aufruf 1. Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit [ok]. menu ok ! 3.4.1 Deutsch Betrieb Automatikbetrieb Sobald Sie das Gerät an das Bordnetz anschließen, startet der Automatikbetrieb. Das Gerät überwacht die Batteriespannung selbstständig. Die Brennstoffzelle schaltet sich automatisch ein, wenn die Spannung der Batterie unter 12,3 V sinkt. Die Batterie wird dann bis zum Erreichen der Ausschaltschwelle 14,2 V geladen.
Betrieb 3.4.2 Manuell einschalten Deutsch Sie können das Gerät manuell, unabhängig von der Batteriespannung, einschalten. Das Gerät befindet sich nach der Startphase im Betriebsmodus „Ladebetrieb“. INFO: Falls das Gerät nicht startet ist vielleicht noch der Verschlussdeckel auf dem Abgasschlauchstutzen. Entfernen Sie den Verschlussdeckel.

Betrieb menu ok Deutsch ! Wenn Sie die Brennstoffzelle nach Anlauf der Batterieschutzfunktion ausschalten möchten, drücken Sie . Die Funktion ist automatisch wieder aktiv, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet wird oder im Automatikmodus betrieben wird. VORSICHT! Beenden Sie die Schutzladung manuell, ist der Batterieschutz bis zum nächsten Start der Brennstoffzelle deaktiviert. Ihre Batterie kann durch Tiefentladen geschädigt werden.
Betrieb VORSICHT! Die Frostschutz-Automatik funktioniert nur, solange eine gefüllte EFOYTankpatrone und eine intakte Batterie angeschlossen sind. Deutsch Für eine fünfmonatige Winterperiode in Mitteleuropa benötigt das Gerät im Frostschutzbetrieb ca. 10 Liter Methanol. Das Gerät kann nicht mehr starten wenn die Spannung der angeschlossenen Batterie unter 9 V fällt. Beachten Sie, dass das ausgeschaltete Gerät die Batterie nicht wieder auflädt, wenn die Spannung unter 9 V sinkt. 3.

Betrieb Batterieparameter menu ok ! menu ok ! - Einschaltverzögerung • Mit [ok] gelangen Sie in die jeweiligen Menüs. Deutsch Im Menü „Batterieparameter“ können Sie folgende Menüpunkte auswählen: Einschaltspannung Abschaltspannung Abschaltstrom Absorptionszeit Werkseinstellungen Sie setzen hier alle Einstellungen der Batterieparameter zurück. Bestätigung mit [ok] oder Abbruch mit [2]. VORSICHT! Bei falschen Einstellungen der Betriebsparameter kann das Gerät beschädigt werden.
Betrieb Funktion Einschaltverzögerung Die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle startet nicht sofort, wenn die Einschaltspannung nur kurzzeitig unterschritten wird. Erst wenn die Einschaltspannung nach der Einschaltverzögerung von 60 Sekunden noch immer unterschritten wird, startet das Gerät automatisch. Zum Beispiel muss bei der Werkseinstellung die Einschaltspannung von 12,3 V für mindestens 60 Sekunden unterschritten werden, bis die EFOYBrennstoffzelle startet.
Batterieparameter Funktion Abschaltspannung Wird die eingestellte Spannung an der Batterie erreicht, schaltet die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle aus, sofern der Parameter „Abschaltstrom“ auch erfüllt ist. Deutsch Betrieb Bitte beachten Sie die Ladeschlussspannung Ihrer Batterie. Beachten Sie die Ladeempfehlungen des Batterieherstellers. Absorptionszeit Diese Funktion ist ein zusätzliches Ausschaltkriterium für die EFOYBrennstoffzelle wenn der Abschaltstrom in der eingestellten Zeit nicht erreicht wird.

Betrieb Die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle verfügt über einen automatischen Batterieschutz, auch wenn die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle ausgeschaltet ist. Standardmäßig schaltet der Batterieschutz sich ein, wenn die Spannung der Batterie unter 11,2 V sinkt (min. 60 Sekunden). Deutsch Batterieschutz Der Batterieschutz dient als Tiefentladeschutz für die Batterie, auch wenn die Brennstoffzelle ausgeschaltet ist und die Ladefunktion nicht übernimmt. Wartung und Service Deutsch 4 Wartung und Service VORSICHT Das Gerät ist nicht wasserdicht. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eindringen kann. Schalten Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung aus und ziehen Sie das Ladekabel ab. VORSICHT! Die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle nicht öffnen! Unbefugtes Öffnen gefährdet den sicheren Betrieb und führt zum Erlöschen der Gewährleistung und der Garantie. Die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle enthält keine Teile, die Sie selber warten oder reparieren können.
Wartung und Service 4.1.2 1. Schrauben Sie den Tankpatronenanschluss von der leeren EFOY-Tankpatrone ab. 2. Öffnen Sie den Gurt. 3. Entnehmen Sie die leere EFOYTankpatrone. 4. Verschließen Sie jede EFOYTankpatrone nach Gebrauch fest mit der Verschlusskappe. Deutsch EFOY-Brennstoffzelle und EFOY-Tankpatronen – auch leere bzw. teilentleerte Tankpatronen - von Kindern fernhalten. Tankpatrone einsetzen GEFAHR! Durch austretende Methanoldämpfe besteht Brandgefahr.
Wartung und Service Deutsch 1. Setzen Sie eine neue, voll verschlossene Original EFOYTankpatrone in den Tankpatronenhalter ein. INFO: Stellen Sie die Tankpatrone immer mit dem Anschluss nach oben in den Tankpatronenhalter. 2. Verschließen Sie den Gurt der Tankpatronenhalterung. An die EFOY-Brennstoffzelle dürfen nur EFOY-Tankpatronen angeschlossen werden, die von einer Tankpatronenhalterung gesichert sind. 3.
Wartung und Service Schrauben Sie den Tankpatronenanschluss auf die neue EFOY-Tankpatrone. 5. Wählen Sie mit [S][T] auf dem Bedienpanel die eingebaute Tankpatrone aus. 6. Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit [ok]. Deutsch 4. menu ok ! 4.2 Service-Fluid Falls Service-Fluid fehlt, leuchtet die rote Leuchte und das Display das Bedinepanel meldet: „Bitte Service Fluid nachfüllen“. INFO: Bei der Erstinbetriebnahme darf kein Service-Fluid nachgefüllt werden.
Wartung und Service 1. Entfernen Sie die Spitze der Flasche mit einer sauberen Schere. Deutsch INFO : Die Flasche mit dem Service-Fluid ist nur zur einmaligen Verwendung bestimmt. 2. Ziehen Sie den Abgasschlauch von der EFOY-Brennstoffzelle ab. 3. Führen Sie die Spitze der Flasche in den Anschlussstutzen der Geräts und drücken Sie den kompletten Inhalt langsam in die Öffnung. INFO: Füllen Sie nie mehr als eine Flasche Service-Fluid auf einmal nach. 4.
Wartung und Service 8. Firmware updaten Deutsch 4.3 Besorgen Sie sich rechtzeitig EFOYService-Fluid bei Ihrem Fachhändler. INFO: Bitte informieren Sie sich regelmäßig (mind. einmal jährlich) über Aktualisierungen der Firmware. Störungen und Lösungen Deutsch 5 5.1 Störungen und Lösungen Störungsmeldung im Display Das Bedienpanel warnt bei Unterbrechungen und Störungen bei einer Meldung auf dem Display, mit Fehlercode und Hinweisen, wie die Störung behoben werden kann. Mit Hilfe der Anweisungen können Sie die Ursache für die Störung teilweise schnell und einfach selbst beheben. Störungsmeldung im Display Fehler Code Lösung Serviceeingriff ist notwendig. Sehen Sie beim Einbau in geschlossenen Kammern eine Öffnung mit einem Querschnitt von mindestens 10 cm für die Zuluft vor.

Antifreeze The fuel cell remains active to protect itself from the effects of freezing. Battery protection The fuel cell charges the battery automatically in order to prevent deep discharge of the battery. Interruption Operation is interrupted because the ambient temperature is too high.

Operation 3.4.1 Automatic mode Automatic mode starts as soon as you connect the device to the vehicle's power supply. The device monitors the battery voltage independently. The fuel cell switches on automatically if the battery voltage drops below 12.3 V. The battery is then charged until the cut-off threshold of 14.2 V is reached. When the device is started, it goes through a start phase, which may last up to 20 minutes. It only reaches its full rated output after this phase.
Operation INFO: The device operates independently of the battery voltage, and charges the battery until the cut-off threshold is reached. (Ubatt >14.2 V and IOut < 2.0 A (4 A for EFOY Comfort 210). Please note: The fuel cell can only start if it is connected to an intact battery and a filled fuel cartridge. This function prevents deep discharge of the battery when the "Off" operating mode is selected.
Operation INFO: Please check your system if the fuel cell repeatedly switches back to battery protection. Either the battery has already been damaged or too much energy has been discharged. This mode switches on automatically as soon as the temperature drops below 3°C. This prevents the device from freezing.

Operation Battery parameters Function Switch-on voltage The EFOY fuel cell switches on at the set voltage and charges the battery. English Setting too high a value for the switch-on voltage results in frequent starting of the EFOY fuel cell. Setting too low a value for the switchon voltage results in damage to the battery. The default value is 12.3 V, which corresponds to approx. 50% of the battery charge condition.
Operation INFO: English The EFOY fuel cell switches off automatically. This fully-automatic switchoff function is controlled by the two operating parameters of battery voltage and charging current. In order for the EFOY fuel cell to switch off, the voltage must drop below the set switch-off voltage level, and the current must drop below the set switch-off current. The factory defaults are a switch-off voltage of 14.2 V and a switch-off current of 2.0 A (4.0 A for the EFOY Comfort 210).

Operation Battery protection The EFOY fuel cell has automatic battery protection, even when the EFOY fuel cell is switched off. By default, battery protection switches on when the battery voltage drops below 11.2 V (for min. 60 seconds). The battery protection function provides deep discharge protection for the battery, even when the fuel cell is switched off and the charging function does not take over. Factory defaults Min. Max. Switch the device off and disconnect the charge line before cleaning. English CAUTION! Do NOT open the EFOY fuel cell. Opening the EFOY fuel cell interferes with safe operation of the device and nullifies the warranty and guarantee. The EFOY fuel cell does not contain any parts that you can maintain or repair yourself.

Errors and Solutions 5 5.1 Errors and Solutions Error messages in the display English In the event of interruptions and errors, the operating panel displays warning messages in the display panel, including an error code and instructions for eliminating the error. Au terme de la phase de démarrage, l’appareil est en mode « Charge ». INFO : Si l’appareil ne démarre pas, la bague de fermeture est peut-être encore présente sur l’embout du tuyau d’évacuation des rejets gazeux. Retirez la bague de fermeture.

Si vous mettez fin manuellement à la charge de protection, la fonction Protection pile reste désactivée jusqu’au démarrage suivant de la pile à combustible. Le déchargement complet de votre batterie risque de l’endommager.
Fonctionnement 3.4.5 Antigel automatique menu ok ! L’appareil comporte une fonction intelligente de protection antigel automatique. Ce mode s’active automatiquement dès que la température tombe en dessous de 3°C, ce qui empêche le gel de l’appareil. Si l’appareil est en mode Antigel, la deuxième ligne du message indique « Antigel ». Quant à la première ligne, elle affiche le mode de fonctionnement actuel, comme « Arrêt », par exemple.

Par défaut, la fonction Protection pile démarre dès que la tension de la batterie descend en dessous de 11,2 V (pendant 60 secondes au moins). La fonction Protection pile sert à éviter le déchargement complet de la batterie, même si la pile à combustible est arrêtée, mais elle ne remplace pas la fonction de charge. Paramétrage d’usine Min.

Les émanations de vapeurs de méthanol risquent de provoquer un incendie. Lors du remplacement de la cartouche de combustible EFOY, ne fumez jamais et éloignez toutes les sources d’inflammation ! Introduisez la pointe du flacon dans l’embout de raccordement de l’appareil et pressez le flacon pour en vider lentement tout le contenu par l’orifice. Ne pliez pas le tuyau d’évacuation des rejets gazeux. Le cas échéant, nettoyez-le, puis protégez son ouverture pour éviter la pénétration de saletés.

Veuillez dévisser le raccord de la cartouche de combustible, secouer la cartouche et la raccorder de nouveau. Redémarrez l’appareil deux fois maximum.

Funzionamento INFORMAZIONI: Per assicurare una manutenzione ottimale della batteria, è importante evitare un'interruzione improvvisa quando viene raggiunta la soglia di spegnimento della corrente di carica. A tale scopo, dopo che l'apparecchio EFOY ha raggiunto la soglia di spegnimento impostata (predefinita in fabbrica sul valore di 14,2 Volt), la carica continua con corrente ridotta fino a un massimo di altre 3 ore. Il tempo di ricarica dipende dalla tensione della batteria e dal consumo di corrente.
Funzionamento 1. menu ok ! Spegnimento manuale INFORMAZIONI: Per proteggere i componenti, prima dello spegnimento è necessario che sia trascorso un periodo di almeno 30 minuti dall'avvio. Se l'apparecchio viene spento prima, continuerà a funzionare ancora per il periodo minimo necessario. Sul display verrà visualizzato il messaggio "Processo di spegnimento". Durante il processo di spegnimento lasciare collegate la cartuccia e la batteria.
Funzionamento 3.4.4 Protezione della batteria menu ok ! La cella a combustibile EFOY possiede una funzione integrata di protezione della batteria. Tale funzione impedisce che la batteria si scarichi completamente quando è impostata la modalità operativa "Spento". La protezione della batteria viene attivata automaticamente quando la tensione della batteria scende al di sotto di 11,2 V per più di 15 minuti.
Funzionamento INFORMAZIONI: La modalità Protezione della batteria funziona solo se è collegata una cartuccia EFOY piena. Funzione Antigelo automatica menu ok ! L'apparecchio dispone di una funzione Antigelo automatica intelligente. Questa modalità si imposta automaticamente non appena la temperatura scende al di sotto di 3°C. In tal modo si impedisce un congelamento dell'apparecchio. Se l'apparecchio si trova in modalità operativa Antigelo, nella seconda riga verrà visualizzato il messaggio "Antigelo".

Solo se la tensione di accensione, dopo il ritardo di accensione di 60 secondi, resta al di sotto della soglia minima, l'apparecchio si avvia automaticamente.

Protezione della batteria La cella a combustibile EFOY dispone di una funzione automatica di protezione della batteria, anche quando la cella a combustibile EFOY è spenta.
Manutenzione e assistenza ATTENZIONE! Non aprire la cella a combustibile EFOY! Un'apertura non autorizzata ne compromette la sicurezza di funzionamento e comporta l'annullamento della garanzia. La cella a combustibile EFOY non contiene parti che possono essere sottoposte a riparazione o manutenzione da parte dell'utente. INFORMAZIONI: In condizioni di impiego normali la cella a combustibile EFOY non richiede manutenzione. 4.1 Sostituzione della cartuccia 4.1.

Manutenzione e assistenza 1. Rimuovere la punta del flacone con un paio di forbici pulite. INFORMAZIONI: Il flacone contenente Service Fluid è esclusivamente monouso. 2. Rimuovere il tubo del gas di scarico dalla cella a combustibile EFOY. 3. Inserire la punta del flacone nel raccordo di allacciamento dell'apparecchio e spremerlo lentamente per versare tutto il contenuto nell'apertura. Guasti e soluzioni 5.1 Guasti e soluzioni Messaggi di guasto sul display In caso di interruzioni e guasti il pannello di comando avvisa l'utente con un messaggio sul display contenente codici di errore e indicazioni di possibili modi per risolvere il guasto. Con l'aiuto delle istruzioni fornite è possibile scoprire e rimuovere la causa del guasto abbastanza velocemente e facilmente. Cualquier manipulación supone un peligro para la seguridad y provoca la pérdida de la homologación del producto y de la garantía o del compromiso de garantía.
Indicaciones de seguridad ADVERTENCIA El metanol es tóxico por inhalación, ingestión y contacto con la piel. Grave peligro de efectos irreversibles por inhalación, ingestión y contacto con la piel. En caso de contacto directo, accidente o malestar, acuda inmediatamente a un médico y presente la etiqueta del cartucho de combustible, la ficha de datos de seguridad del metanol, o bien el manual de instrucciones.
Indicaciones de seguridad ADVERTENCIA El metanol es fácilmente inflamable. Suministramos el metanol en cartuchos de combustible EFOY seguros y comprobados, que evitan el derrame del contenido en las condiciones de servicio normales y previstas. El almacenamiento y el transporte del metanol pueden estar sujetos a determinadas disposiciones legales. Indicaciones de seguridad 2.4 Uso conforme Los equipos EFOY de SFC Energy AG son cargadores automáticos para acumuladores de plomo de 12 V (baterías de coche). Suelte la correa que sujeta la pila de combustible EFOY y levante la pila de combustible EFOY del panel de montaje.

Servicio PRECAUCIÓN Si desactiva la carga de protección manualmente, la protección de batería permanece desactivada hasta el próximo arranque de la pila de combustible. Su batería podría descargarse completamente y sufrir daños. INFO: Si la pila de combustible pasa repetidamente al modo de protección de batería, debe revisar su instalación. Puede que la batería ya esté dañada, o bien se consuma demasiada energía.
Servicio PRECAUCIÓN La protección anticongelante solo funciona si hay conectados una batería en estado intacto y un cartucho de combustible EFOY con combustible. En modo anticongelante durante los cinco meses de invierno en Centroeuropa, el equipo consume unos 10 litros de metanol, por ejemplo. El equipo no puede arrancar si el voltaje de la batería conectada es inferior a 9 V. Tenga en cuenta que el equipo desactivado no volverá a cargar la batería, si el voltaje cae por debajo de 9 V. 3.

Servicio Parámetros de batería Función Retardo de conexión La pila de combustible EFOY no se activa inmediatamente si el voltaje de conexión solo cae durante un breve instante por debajo del umbral de conexión. El equipo solo se activa automáticamente, cuando el voltaje de batería sigue inferior al umbral después de pasar un tiempo de retardo de conexión de 60 segundos.

Su batería puede descargarse completamente y sufrir daños. Protección de batería La pila de combustible EFOY dispone de un sistema de protección automática de la batería, incluso cuando la pila de combustible EFOY está desconectada.
Mantenimiento y reparación PRECAUCIÓN No abrir la pila de combustible EFOY. La apertura no autorizada pone en peligro el funcionamiento seguro del equipo y provoca la extinción de la garantía y del compromiso de garantía. Las pilas de combustible EFOY no contienen ningún componente cuyo mantenimiento y reparación puedan ser realizados por el usuario. Mantenimiento y reparación 4.1.2 Colocación del cartucho de combustible PELIGRO Peligro de incendio por el escape de vapores de metanol. Al cambiar el cartucho de combustible EFOY, no fumar y mantener alejadas todas las fuentes de ignición. Proteger los cartuchos de combustible EFOY de temperaturas superiores a 45°C. Observe las indicaciones acerca del metanol en capítulo “Indicaciones de seguridad”.

Solo se pueden conectar a la pila de combustible EFOY cartuchos de combustible EFOY que están asegurados con un soporte de cartucho. 3. Utilice exclusivamente el Service Fluid original de EFOY para rellenar.
Mantenimiento y reparación 3. Introduzca la punta de la botella en la tubuladura del equipo apriete la botella para verter todo su contenido en la boca. INFO: No emplee nunca más de una botella de Service Fluid en una operación de rellenado. En caso de que rebose el Service Fluid, se puede recoger con un trapo. 5. Vuelva a empalmar el tubo de escape. 6. Vuelva a conectar el cable de carga a la pila de combustible EFOY. 7. Después del rellenado, pulse la tecla [ok].
Averías y soluciones 5 5.1 Averías y soluciones Mensajes de avería en pantalla En caso de interrupciones o averías aparece un mensaje en la pantalla del panel de mando, que contiene el código de error e indicaciones para una posible solución de la avería. Lees voor het eerste gebruik deze gebruiksaanwijzing en houd de installatie-instructies in acht. Veiligheidsaanwijzingen 2 2.1 Veiligheidsaanwijzingen Signaalwoorden en hun betekenis GEVAAR! Geeft een direct gevaar met hoog risico aan dat de dood of ernstig lichamelijk letsel tot gevolg heeft als het niet wordt vermeden. WAARSCHUWING! Geeft een mogelijk gevaar met gemiddeld risico aan dat de dood of ernstig lichamelijk letsel tot gevolg kan hebben als het niet wordt vermeden.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen Algemene veiligheidsaanwijzingen Lees voor het in gebruik stellen de gebruiksaanwijzing en bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing bij het apparaat. Volg alle aanwijzingen in deze gebruiksaanwijzing op. De EFOY-brandstofcel mag niet worden geopend. De EFOY-tankpatroon mag niet met geweld worden geopend of bijgevuld. Wijzigingen brengen de veiligheid in gevaar en leiden ertoe dat het apparaat niet meer mag worden gebruikt en dat de vrijwaring en de garantie hun geldigheid verliezen.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen WAARSCHUWING! Methanol is giftig bij inademen, inslikken en bij aanraking met de huid. Bij inademen, aanraking met de huid en inslikken bestaat het risico op onherstelbare schade. Waarschuw bij direct contact, ongelukken of onwel worden onmiddellijk een arts en laat deze het etiket van het tankpatroon, het veiligheidsblad van de methanol of de gebruiksaanwijzing zien.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen Veiligheidsaanwijzingen methanol GEVAAR! Brandgevaar door vrijkomende methanoldamp! Bij het verwisselen van de EFOY-tankpatronen niet roken en andere ontstekingsbronnen uit de buurt houden! EFOY-tankpatronen beschermen tegen temperaturen boven 45°C . WAARSCHUWING! Methanol is licht ontvlambaar! U krijgt methanol in veilige, gecontroleerde EFOY-tankpatronen die bij normaal bestemd gebruik beveiligd zijn tegen het vrijkomen van de inhoud.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen VOORZICHTIG! Verontreiniging in methanol! De originele EFOY-tankpatronen bevatten methanol dat is toegelaten door SFC. Zelfs de kleinste verontreinigingen of vreemde bestanddelen in het in de handel verkrijgbare methanol kunnen onherstelbare schade toebrengen aan het apparaat en leiden tot verlies van de vrijwaring of garantie. Gebruik alleen originele EFOY-tankpatronen! 2.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen 2.5 Certificaten Verklaring van conformiteit De firma SFC Energy AG, Eugen-Sänger-Ring 7, 85649 Brunnthal-Nord verklaart dat de EFOY Comfort 80, EFOY Comfort 140 en EFOY Comfort 210 in overeenstemming zijn met de bepalingen in Richtlijn 2004/108/EG voor elektromagnetische compatibiliteit. De volgende geharmoniseerde normen zijn gehanteerd: DIN EN 55022, DIN EN 55024 Controleteken E 24 De apparaten zijn overeenkomstig de ECE-regeling nr.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen EFOY-garantiecertificaat Met het EFOY-garantiecertificaat kiest u voor maximale zekerheid en betrouwbaarheid. Tegen betaling van een eenmalig bedrag krijgt u het EFOY-garantiecertificaat voor 5 jaar garantie van de producent. U kunt het EFOY-garantiecertificaat rechtstreeks aanvragen bij SFC Energy AG, de producent van EFOY-brandstofcellen. U hoeft alleen maar het formulier op http://garantie.efoy.com in te vullen. U kunt ook de hotline bellen voor meer informatie.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen Gebruikte apparaten Gebruikte apparaten zijn geen waardeloos afval! Door milieuvriendelijke verwijdering kunnen waardevolle grondstoffen worden hergebruikt en wordt het milieu gespaard. Gebruikte elektrische apparaten mogen niet bij het huishoudelijk afval worden weggegooid. Houd de plaatselijk geldende bepalingen in acht. Informatie weergeven menu ok Op de eerste regel staat de geselecteerde bedrijfsmodus, bijv. „Automatisch“ (zie hoofdstuk 3.4 „Bedrijfsmodi“ op pagina 256). ! Op de tweede regel staat de bedrijfstoestand (zie sectie Bedrijfstoestanden op pagina 254).
Gebruik Bedrijfstoestanden Startfase De brandstofcel doorloopt een startfase van maximaal 20 minuten. Daarna is het volledige nominale vermogen bereikt. Oplaad modus De accu wordt opgeladen door de brandstofcel. Stand-by Zolang de batterij voldoende is opgeladen, bevindt de EFOY-brandstofcel zich in de stand-bymodus en wordt de batterijspanning bewaakt. Uitschakelproces De brandstofcel beëindigt het opladen. Om de onderdelen te sparen kan dit proces enkele minuten duren.
Gebruik 3.3 Buiten bedrijf stellen en uitbouwen 3.3.1 Uitschakelen 1. Druk op de toets bedieningspaneel. op het 2. Selecteer „Handmatig uit“. 3. Bevestig de selectie met [ok]. 4. Wacht tot het uitschakelproces is beëindigd en de tekst „Uitschakelproces“ uitgaat (dit kan 30 minuten duren). menu ok ! menu ok ! 3.3.2 EFOY-Tankpatroon uitbouwen Raadpleeg hoofdstuk 4.1.1 „Tankpatroon uitbouwen” op pagina 271 voor de beschrijving van het uitbouwen van het EFOY-tankpatroon.
Gebruik 3.3.4 Uitlaatslang en afvalwarmtebuis losmaken 햲 햵 햲 햴 1. Maak de schroeven (1) op de afvalwarmteboog los. 2. Verwijder de afvalwarmtebuis (2) of de afvalwarmteboog (3). 3. Verwijder de uitlaatslang (4). Bescherm deze tegen vuil en sluit de uitlaatopening af met de beschermkap. 4. Maak de gordel los waarmee de EFOY-brandstofcel is bevestigd en til de EFOY-brandstofcel van de montageplaat. 햳 VOORZICHTIG! De EFOY-brandstofcel moet koel, maar boven 1°C worden bewaard.
Gebruik Bedrijfsmodus selecteren via rechtstreeks geopend menu 1. Druk op de toets bedieningspaneel. op het 2. Selecteer vervolgens in het menu „Bedrijfsmodus“ de gewenste bedrijfsmodus. 3. Gebruik Bij het starten doorloopt het apparaat een startfase van maximaal 20 minuten. Pas daarna is het volledige nominale vermogen bereikt. INFO: Als het apparaat niet start, zit de afsluitdop mogelijk nog op de steun van de uitlaatslang. Verwijder de afsluitdop. INFO: Voor optimaal batterijonderhoud is het belangrijk dat bij het bereiken van de uitschakeldrempel de laadstroom niet abrupt wordt gestopt.
Gebruik INFO: Het apparaat werkt onafhankelijk van de batterijspanning en laadt de batterij op totdat de uitschakeldrempel is bereikt. (Ubatt >14,2 V en IUit < 2,0 A (4 A bij EFOY Comfort 210). Let op: de brandstofcel kan alleen starten als deze is aangesloten op een intacte batterij en een gevuld tankpatroon. Bij een beschadigde of volledig ontladen batterij wordt de brandstofcel niet ingeschakeld. 1.
Gebruik menu ok ! 1. Druk op op het bedieningspaneel 2. Selecteer de bedrijfsmodus „Handmatig uit“. 3. Bevestig de selectie met [ok]. Nadat u op [ok] hebt gedrukt, wordt de EFOY-brandstofcel gecontroleerd uitgeschakeld. Dit kan enige tijd duren, omdat alle beschermingsfuncties doorlopen moeten worden. 3.4.4 Batterijbescherming menu ok ! De EFOY-brandstofcel is voorzien van een geïntegreerde batterijbeschermingsfunctie.
Gebruik VOORZICHTIG! Als u het beschermingsladen handmatig beëindigt, is de batterijbescherming tot de volgende start van de brandstofcel gedeactiveerd. De batterij kan beschadigd raken doordat deze zich volledig ontlaadt. INFO: Controleer de installatie als de brandstofcel herhaaldelijk overschakelt naar de batterijbescherming. Mogelijk is de batterij al beschadigd of wordt er te veel energie aan onttrokken. INFO: De batterijbescherming werkt alleen als er een gevuld EFOY-tankpatroon is aangesloten.
Gebruik VOORZICHTIG! De automatische antivriesfunctie werkt alleen als er een gevuld EFOYtankpatroon en een intacte batterij zijn aangesloten. Voor een winterperiode van vijf maanden in Midden-Europa heeft het apparaat in de antivriesmodus ca. 10 liter methanol nodig. Het apparaat kan niet meer starten als de spanning van de aangesloten batterij onder de 9 V daalt. Houd er rekening mee dat het uitgeschakelde apparaat de batterij niet meer oplaadt als de spanning onder de 9 V daalt. 3.

Roep de systeeminformatie op. Selecteer de taal. Start het systeem opnieuw.

Inschakelspanning Uitschakelspanning Uitschakelstroom Absorptietijd Fabrieksinstellingen Hiermee zet u alle instellingen van de batterij-instellingen terug. Bevestig met [ok] of annuleer met [2]. VOORZICHTIG! Bij onjuiste instellingen van de bedrijfsparameters kan het apparaat beschadigd raken.
Gebruik Batterij-instellingen Functie Inschakelvertraging De EFOY-brandstofcel start niet meteen als de inschakelspanning slechts korte tijd te laag is. Pas als de inschakelspanning na de inschakelvertraging van 60 seconden nog steeds te laag is, wordt het apparaat automatisch gestart. Bij de fabrieksinstelling wordt de EFOY-brandstofcel bijvoorbeeld pas gestart als de inschakelspanning van 12,3 V ten minste 60 seconden niet wordt gehaald.
Gebruik Batterij-instellingen Functie Uitschakelspanning Als de batterij de ingestelde spanning bereikt, wordt de EFOY-brandstofcel uitgeschakeld, mits ook wordt voldaan aan de parameter „Uitschakelstroom“. Houd rekening met de maximale laadspanning van de batterij. Houd rekening met de aanbevelingen voor het laden van de fabrikant van de batterij.

Gebruik VOORZICHTIG! Als u het beschermingsladen handmatig beëindigt, is de batterijbescherming tot de volgende start van de brandstofcel gedeactiveerd. De batterij kan beschadigd raken doordat deze zich volledig ontlaadt. Batterijbescherming De EFOY-brandstofcel is voorzien van een automatische batterijbescherming, ook als de EFOY-brandstofcel is uitgeschakeld. Standaard wordt de batterijbescherming ingeschakeld als de spanning van de batterij onder de11,2 V daalt (min. 60 seconden).
Onderhoud en service 4 Onderhoud en service VOORZICHTIG Het apparaat is niet waterdicht. Zorg ervoor dat er geen vocht in het apparaat kan binnendringen. Schakel het apparaat voor het reinigen uit en verwijder de laadkabel. VOORZICHTIG! Open de EFOY-brandstofcel niet! Onbevoegd openen brengt de veilige werking in gevaar en leidt tot vervallen van de vrijwaring en de garantie. De EFOY-brandstofcel bevat geen onderdelen die u zelf kunt onderhouden of repareren.
Onderhoud en service Houd de EFOY-brandstofcel en EFOY-tankpatronen (ook lege en gedeeltelijk geleegde tankpatronen) buiten het bereik van kinderen. 4.1.2 1. Schroef de tankpatroonaansluiting van het lege EFOY-tankpatroon af. 2. Open de gordel. 3. Verwijder het lege EFOYtankpatroon. 4. Sluit een leeg EFOY-tankpatroon na gebruik goed af met de afsluitdop. Tankpatroon plaatsen GEVAAR! Brandgevaar door vrijkomende methanoldamp.
Onderhoud en service 1. Plaats een nieuw, goed afgesloten origineel EFOY-tankpatroon in de tankpatroonhouder. INFO: Zet het tankpatroon altijd met de aansluiting naar boven in de tankpatroonhouder. 2. Sluit de gordel van de tankpatroonhouder. Er mogen op de EFOY-brandstofcel alleen EFOYtankpatronen worden aangesloten die zijn vastgezet met een tankpatroonhouder. 3. Verwijder de kindveilige afsluitdop pas nadat u het nieuwe EFOYtankpatroon in de tankpatroonhouder hebt geplaatst (3).
Onderhoud en service 4. Schroef de tankpatroonaansluiting op het nieuwe EFOY-tankpatroon. 5. Selecteer met [S][T] op het bedieningspaneel het ingebouwde tankpatroon. 6. Bevestig de selectie met [ok]. menu ok ! 4.2 Service Fluid Als de servicevloeistof op is, gaat het rode lampje branden en wordt op de display van het bedieningspaneel dit bericht weergegeven: "Service Fluid navullen". INFO: Bij het eerste gebruik mag geen Service Fluid worden nagevuld.
Onderhoud en service 1. Verwijder de punt van het flesje met een schone schaar. INFO: Het flesje met Service Fluid is bedoeld voor eenmalig gebruik. 2. Verwijder de uitlaatslang van de EFOY-brandstofcel. 3. Plaats de punt van het flesje in de aansluitnippel van het apparaat en druk de volledige inhoud langzaam in de opening. INFO: 4. Als er Service Fluid wordt gemorst, kan deze met een doek worden weggeveegd. 5. Steek de uitlaatslang weer in. 6.

Storingen en oplossingen 5 Storingen en oplossingen 5.1 Storingsmelding op de display Het bedieningspaneel waarschuwt bij onderbrekingen en storingen via een bericht op de display, met een foutcode en aanwijzingen hoe de storing opgeheven kan worden. Storingsmelding op de display Foutco de Oplossing Service is noodzakelijk. Bescherm apparaat tegen vorst! Service Fluid navullen. Druk op OK voor een herstart. 30 Controleer of de afvalwarmte ongehinderd afgevoerd kan worden en of de omgevingstemperatuur onder de 40°C ligt. Voorzie bij het inbouwen in gesloten ruimtes in een opening met een doorsnede van ten minste 10 cm voor de toevoer van lucht.

Laad batterij extern op. 50 52 Controleer de bekabeling en controleer of er een geschikte batterij is aangesloten. Controleer de batterijspanning. Als deze te laag is, laadt u de batterij op met een batterijlader. Controleer ook andere laders, zoals dynamo's of regulatoren op defecten. Batterijspanning te hoog. Extern oplaadapparaat controleren.
