TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The power tools doesn’t
work.
 No electrical contact
between the power tool
and battery.
 The battery is depleted.
 The battery or power
tool is too hot.
 The battery cable or
plug is out of work.
 The voltage of a battery
cell is below the lowest
protective voltage.
 Reattach the battery to the
power tool.
 Charge the battery.
 Cool the battery pack
or power tool until the
temperature drops below
152°F (67°C). and restart
the power tool.
 Contact with EGO
authorized dealer/
distributor for repairing.
 Charge the battery pack
immediately.
The battery pack can’t
be charged.
 The battery temperature
exceeds or reduces
below the specied
charging temperature
range.
 No electrical contact
between battery and
charger.
 The connection
between the charger
and power supply goes
wrong.
 Allow the battery pack to
reach normal temperature
and charging will begin
when battery pack itself
returns to 37°F (3°C ) -
135°F (57°C).
 Reattach the battery pack
into the charger.
 Reinsert the charger plug
into the power supply.
