This 6-part traditional preprinted laser set includes 2-up forms; Employer copy A (red
scan-able) and D (record) and Employee Copy B (federal) and C (record). Print each copy as a
batch, then separate and collate by employee. Mail the employer copies in a batch to the SSA.
Preprinted W-2 forms work with accounting, payroll or W-2/1099 software programs allow
you to print the form data on a preprinted W-2 form. This item is also compatible with Laser Link
