EkenaMillwork®LimitedWarranty
EkenaMillwork®providesaLIFETIMEWARRANTYtotheoriginalpurchaserofourEkenalineof
PVCmillwork.ThisLIFETIMEWARRANTYprovidesthatthePVCmaterialwillbefreefrom
manufacturerdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipunderapprovednormaluse.
IfadefectisdiscoveredinanEkenaPVCproductandtheaboveconditionshavebeenmet,the
customershouldnotifyEkenaMillwork®inwritingwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringthesaid
defect.ThecustomermayberequiredtoreturntheproducttoEkenaMillwork®forevaluation.
EkenaMillwork®willthenreviewtheproductandinstallationmethods,anddetermineif
replacement,repair,orrefundisappropriate.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverorincludelabor,
transportationcosts,oranyotherexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththepurchase,use,or
installationoftheitem(s).Replacements,repairs,orrefundsaretheonlyoptions
underthislimited
warranty.
Thislimitedwarrantydoesnotcoverdamagefromtheresultofmishandlingintransportation,acts
ofGod,customermodifications,vandalism,misuse,abuse,impropermaintenance,unreasonable
care,orothercausesthatdidnotarisefrommanufacturerdefectsinworkmanshipand/or
materials.Noperson,retailer,salesrep,dealer,
servicefacility,orentityofanytypeisauthorized
tochange,modify,oramendthetermsofthislimitedwarrantyinanymanner.EkenaMillwork®
shallnotbeliabletothecustomerortoanyotherentityforanyincidentalorconsequential
damagesorlossofprofitfromanydefectinanyitems.
