SENSE automation sensors detect audio and video signals,
as well as transitions in voltage, current, contact closures and
light, allowing you to add advanced functionality to ELAN S,
Z• and HD systems. When combined with the ELAN SR1
Sense/Relay/IR Controller, ELAN sensors become extremely
powerful automation tools, providing “If/ Then” logic capabilities
for power management and triggered events. Adjustable
sensitivity and delay on most models make it easy to fine tune
sensor activation for specific applications.
VTSENSOR
VOLTAGE SENSOR
Detects AC or DC voltage from
9-24 Volts. A two-terminal
barrier-strip is used to
connect voltage + and –
conductors. Perfect for
use with the SR1, S Series
multi-room controllers,
D Series amplifiers and
HD sense input applications.
DBSENSOR
DOORBELL SENSOR
Detects the voltage drop
that occurs when a
doorbell is activated.
A two-terminal barrier
strip is used to connect + and -
doorbell connections. Ideal
for SR1, S6, S12 and HD sense
input application.

Detects composite video
signals. Female-to-male

CURRENT/ MAGNETIC
FIELD SENSOR
Detects AC current in
power cords, as well as
the AC magnetic fields
generated by motors,
transformers, TV’s, etc.
The CRSENSOR has a unique
clamping device that
accommodates a wide
variety of different
sized AC power cords.
The base of the clamping
device is removable when magnetic
field detection is desired. Features
adjustable sensitivity and delay.
