IR LEARNER (Formerly VIA! Learner)

The IR Learner (formerly called the VIA! Learner) is
an easy-to-use, high performance IR learner that
can capture virtually any pulsed or carrier-based IR
command. Learn and test with onboard IR blasters
and archive learned libraries directly to a PC.The
IR Learner is also the initial download interface
between a PC and an ELAN VIA! Touch Panel
or Z•PAD.
