(3) You will get a momentary 3 second warning in the LCD that reads as follows:
THIS FIXTURE DOES NOT MATCH
RECORD & PATCH MEMORY ?
Followed by:
DO YOU WISH TO CONTINUE?
YES NO
The reason f or this message is the internal m emory does n ot recogniz e the n ewly
sel ected fixture as being part of a ny Scen es or Shows currently stored in the con sole .
This warning appears each time a fixture is cha n ged in the “Choose Fixtures” menu
option. You w ou ld only ever press DATA wheel #2, for NO , i f you changed your fixtur e
setti ng accidentally. Selecting “NO” would cancel the chan ge and your previously s et
fixture would not change.
(4) Press DATA wheel #1 to select “YES”. DONE will momentarily appear in the display to confirm that the
newly selected fixture has been set.
(5) To choose your next fixture, turn DATA wheel #1, below “FIXTURE 01” clockwise, to access Fixture
#2. Your display should read as follows:
Fixture Type
02 NO FIXTURE
(6) Repeat steps 3, 4 & 5 to choose the remainder of your fixtures. When finished, press the “MENU”
button two times to exit. Magic 260’s display should return to the home screen.
