Menu: Solar
General:
The solar function and the solar menu
are only active when a solar Clip-In
AGU 2.530 and collector sensor are
connected to the LMU. In addition, in
the configuration menu, in parameter
5978, the function input SolCl is set to
collector sensor.

Charging controller (dT)
For charging the storage tank via the
heat exchanger, the temperature
differential between collector and tank
must be sufficient, and the collector
must have reached the minimum
charging temperature.

Evaporation heat carrier
If there is a risk of the heat carrying
medium evaporating due to high
collector temperatures, the collector
pump will be deactivated to prevent it
from reaching excessive temperatures.
This is a protective pump function.
Min run time collector pump
When the collector pump is activated, it
remains on for the minimum running
time
Collector frost protection
When there is risk of frost at the
collector, the collector pump will be
activated to prevent the heat-carrying
medium from freezing.
Collector overtemp protection
If there is a risk of overtemperature at
the collector, storage tank charging is
continued to reduce the amount of
surplus heat. When the storage tank
safety temperature is reached, charging
will be stopped.
