SPARK PLUG CHECK/REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
REMOVE SPARK PLUG:
1. Make sure key is not in ignition
2. Locate Spark Plug (Fig. 1)
3. Remove Spark Plug connector. Gently twist and pull off (Fig. 2)
4. Loosen Spark Plug with deep socket wrench then unscrew by hand (Fig. 3)
*(REPEAT STEPS TO REINSTALL SPARK PLUG)
CHECKING SPARK PLUG
1. Make sure there is no oil build up or residue( If there is, spark plug must be replaced) (Fig. 4)
2. Make sure spark plug has proper spark plug gap of (.6mm - .7mm)
3. A spark plug gap measuring tool is needed to ensure proper spark plug gap (Fig. 5)

BATTERY RECYCLING
When maintained and used properly, (by following charging and storage guidelines), the Lead Acid Battery used in this
product has a normal life span of many miles. When the battery no longer holds a charge or is unable to be charged
properly, it should be removed from the
GAS CHOPPER SCOOTER
and delivered to a recycling facility. State Laws prohibit
disposal of lead-acid batteries in everyday trash. Please contact your local solid waste or recycling authority for recycling
information in your area.

CHECK/FILL TRANSMISSION BOX OIL
1. In order to check if there is transmission fluid
it must be drained.
2. Remove Fill Bolt(Fig.1)
3. Place Funnel with tube at Drain Bolt.
4. Remove Drain Bolt.
5. Drain oil into a clean container or pan
6. Re-Insert Drain Bolt and tighten
7. Fill Transimission Box with 70-80 Weight Gear Oil
until fluid fills just below the Transmission Box Oil
