SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
GAS TANK REMOVAL/GAS DISPOSAL
TOOLS NEEDED:
1 Phillips Screwdriver
1 10mm wrench
1 Draining container or pan
REMOVE SEAT & GAS TANK COVER:
1. Locate seat screws under the back side of the seat(Fig. 1)
2. Remove screws from seat and pull up(Fig. 1)
3. Remove gas cap and screws from gas tank cover (Fig. 2) and lift up slightly to expose the ignition
wires(Fig. 3)
4. Unplug Ignition wire and pull off gas tank cover
REMOVING GAS TANK
1. Remove fuel lines from gas tank (Fig. 3)
2. Keep gas tank supported to avoid spillage and remove screws (Fig. 4)
REMOVING EXCESS FUEL FROM CARBURETOR
1. Place fuel lines in draining container or pan
2. Push primer ball until all excess fuel empties into draining container or pan (Fig.5).
REINSTALLING FUEL LINES
1.
Make sure fuel lines are properly snapped into tank.
2. Make sure the fuel line (Black) reaches the
bottom of tank (Fig. 6)
3. Make sure both fuels are connected to
carburetor and are not touching the motor.
FUEL LINES CANNOT RUB OR TOUCH AGAINST
THE MOTOR. FUEL LINES MAY MELT FROM HEAT
OF MOTOR.

(CLEAR TUBE)
GAS LINE
(BLACK TUBE)

GAS LINE MUST
REACH BOTTOM
OF TANK.
B .
IF GAS LINE DOES NOT REACH
BOTTOM OF TANK, MOTOR-BIKE
WILL NOT FUNCTION OR RUN
PROPERLY.
