PROPER USE OF THE REFRIGERATOR PLACEMENT Before use, remove all packing materials from inside and outside of the refrigerator. Tear off the protective film on the doors and the body of the unit. Keep away from heat and avoid direct sunlight. Do not place the fridge in damp places, to prevent rust or reduction of the insulating effect. Do not put the fridge in places where it may be splashed with water so as not to affect the electrical insulation properties of the unit.
LEVELLING THE FEET Once the appliance has been positioned, the front feet must be adjusted to ensure it is level, both in relation to the rear and the opposite side of the appliance. • Twist the feet clockwise to raise the appliance. • Twist the feet anti clockwise to lower the appliance STARTING • • • Before initial use, keep the refrigerator still for half an hour before connecting it to a power supply.

OPERATION Thermostat control The temperature control dial can be found on the bottom of the unit. The dial can be adjusted between 1 and 5. For standard use, we would advise on setting the dial to position 3. If you find the temperature of the fridge is too warm, twist the dial to 4 or 5 to decrease the temperature within the fridge. If you find the temperature of the fridge is too cold, twist the dial to 1 or 2 to increase the temperature within the fridge.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE OF THE REFRIGERATOR Please unplug the refrigerator before cleaning, maintenance or defrosting is carried out. OVERALL CLEANING • Dust behind the refrigerator and on the ground should be cleaned regularly to improve the cooling effect and reduce energy usage. The interior of the refrigerator should be cleaned regularly to avoid odours. Soft towels or a sponge dipped in water and non-corrosive neutral detergents are suggested for cleaning.
WHEN NOT IN OPERATION POWER FAILURE: In case of power failure, even if it is in summer, food inside the appliance can be kept for several hours; during the power failure keep the doors of the appliance closed, and do not insert more food. LONG-TIME STORAGE: The appliance should be unplugged and then cleaned. The doors should be left open to prevent the buildup of odours. TRANSPORTATION: Before the appliance is moved, remove all objects from inside, fix the glass partitions, vegetable holder etc.
TROUBLESHOOTING You may try to solve the following simple problems by yourself. If they cannot be solved, please contact the after-sales department. Not operating Odours Check whether the appliance is connected to power or whether the plug is in well inserted.
NOISE INSIDE THE UNIT You may notice that your unit makes some unusual noises. Most of these are perfectly normal, but you should be aware of them! These noises are caused by the circulation of the refrigerant liquid in the cooling system. It has become more pronounced since the introduction of CFC free gases.
