Restoring Files
1. Make sure both your computer and the
95000 are powered up.
2. Connect the 95000 to your computer with a
standard USB cable.
3. Look for the 95000’s removable disk in your
file system.
4. Locate the folder or files on your hard drive
that you want to restore to the 95000. If
the files are in their own folder with no
other files, copy the entire folder to the
root directory of the 95000’s microSDHC
card. If necessary, rename the folder to
LOOPxx, where xx is an available loop
number between 00 and 99. You do not
need to restore the folder to the same loop
number originally assigned to the loop.
When restoring files to the microSDHC
card, it is important to include all seven
audio files, the TEMPO.TXT file and all
UNDO files. The 95000 will only play a loop
if all audio files are present and it may not
play as intended if TEMPO.TXT is not
present. You do need to include the old
UNDO/REDO files if you do not need to use
them.
5. Eject the removable disk from your
computer.
6. Select the loop number on the 95000.
7. Play the 95000. The audio files should
be restored.
Importing Audio Files
The 95000 is capable of playing and
overdubbing audio files made elsewhere, as
long as you import them onto the microSDHC
card using a computer and USB. Note the
following important specifications you must
adhere to in order for the audio import to work
correctly:
The audio files must be in .WAV format.
The .WAV files must have 16-bit resolution
and a sample rate of 44.1 kHz.
You must have all six mono track files
present, as well as the stereo Mixdown file
and the TEMPO.TXT file.
All seven audio tracks must be the exact
same length.
The TEMPO.TXT file should be copied from
an established loop. In the second line,
where it says TEMPO = xxx.xxxxx bpm,
insert the BPM you used when creating the
loops. With the 95000’s TEMPO slider set to
that tempo, the TEMPO LED will light up
and the loops will play back at normal
speed. The field that is labeled TEMPO POT
should be left blank.
You can copy the imported files to a loop
folder already on the SD card (in which
case you will be erasing whatever is in
there at the moment), or you can create a
New Loop folder by giving it any number
between 00 and 99.
