Oven Function Control Knob
Oven switched off
Bake
Conventional cooking –
The heat comes from both
the top and bottom element,
ensuring even heating inside
the oven
Base
Heat
Bottom heating element –
The heat comes from the
bottom of the oven only.
Top
Heat
Top heating element – The
heat comes from the top of
the oven only.
Grill The grill cannot be used at
the same time as the oven.
The oven door must be
closed when grilling.
Thermostat Control Knob
By turning the oven control knob
clockwise, you select the cooking
temperature.
The temperatures shown here are on
the actual control knob.
Temperature selection starts at 50°C
and will reach approximately 250°C at
the centre of the oven.
The thermostat controlling the
temperature is variable so it is possible
to select temperatures between those
marked.
The maximum setting is particularly
suitable for grilling.
