The device is intended for domestic use only, to cook food and extract the fumes generated by cooking. No other use is allowed (e.g. heating rooms). The manufacturer declines any liability for inappropriate use or incorrect setting of the controls.
- Do not leave the heating elements on with pots and pans empty or without containers. - Once cooking is complete, turn off the relative zone. - Never use aluminium foil to cook with, and never directly place products packaged with aluminium on top of the cooking surface. The aluminium would melt and irreparably damage your device. - Never heat a tin or a tin can containing foods without first opening it: it might explode! This warning also applies to all other types of hobs.
Caution! Do not connect the device to the electrical network until installation is entirely complete. In regards to the technical and safety measures that must be adopted for fume extraction, regulations issued by local authorities must be strictly followed. The extracted air must not be conveyed through the same ducts used to extract the fumes generated by gas combustion or other types of combustion devices.

2. Use Using the hob The induction cooking system is based on the physical phenomenon of magnetic induction. The main characteristic of this system is the direct transfer of energy from the generator to the pot. Power Booster The product features a supplementary power level (after level ), which remains active for 5 minutes, after which the temperature returns to the previously set value. Child Lock The Child Lock makes it possible to prevent children from accidentally accessing the cooking zone and extraction zone, preventing the activation of any functions. The Child Lock can only be activated when the product is on, but with the cooking zones (and extraction zone) off.

Für die Abfolge zur Einstellung der Leistungsbegrenzung konsultieren Sie dieses Handbuch im Abschnitt „Betrieb“. 3. BEDIENUNG DES KOCHFELDS Was vor dem Beginn zu wissen ist: Alle Funktionen dieses Kochfelds wurden unter Beachtung der strengsten Sicherheitsvorschriften geplant. Aus diesem Grund: • Einige Funktionen aktivieren sich nicht oder deaktivieren sich automatisch in Abwesenheit von Töpfen auf dem Herd oder wenn diese falsch positioniert sind.
Power-Funktion Das Produkt ist mit einer zusätzlichen Leistungsstufe ausgestattet (über der Stufe ), die für 5 Minuten aktiv bleibt, danach kehrt die Leistung auf die vorhergehende Stufe zurück. Funktion Warmhalten Mit der Warmhaltefunktion wird die Kochzone auf eine konstante Temperatur (Leistungsstufe zwischen 0 und 1) geregelt. Ideal, um fertige Speisen warm zu halten.
Timer Die Funktion Timer ist ein Countdown, den man, auch gleichzeitig, auf jedem Kochbereich (und Bereich des Gebläses) einstellen kann. VERWENDUNG DES GEBLÄSES Zur Ausschaltung des Timers: • Wählen Sie den Kochbereich. Wenn das Kochfeld abgeschaltet ist, schaltet die Dunstabzugshaube schrittweise die Absauggeschwindigkeit herunter und entfernt so die restlichen Dämpfe und Gerüche,bevor sie sich ganz abschaltet.

UTILISATION DE LA PLAQUE DE CUISSON À savoir avant de commencer : Toutes les fonctions de ce plan de cuisson sont conçues dans le but de se conformer aux normes de sécurité les plus strictes. Pour cette raison : • Certaines fonctions ne s'activent pas, ou s'éteignent automatiquement en l'absence de casseroles sur les foyers, ou quand elles sont mal placées.
Power Booster Le produit est doté d'un niveau de puissance supplémentaire (au-delà du niveau ), qui reste activé 5 minutes, passé ce délai la puissance revient au niveau précédemment utilisé. Temperature Manager La fonction de contrôle Temperature Manager permet de maintenir la température constante à un niveau de puissance optimisé compris entre 0 et 1; elle est parfaite pour maintenir les aliments déjà cuits à la bonne température.
Timer La fonction Timer est un compte à rebours qui peut être programmé (même simultanément) sur chaque zone de cuisson (et sur la zone aspirante). À la fin du temps programmé la zone de cuisson (ou la zone aspirante) s'éteint automatiquement et l'utilisateur est averti par un signal sonore. Egg Timer La fonction Egg Timer est un compte à rebours séparé des zones de cuisson (et de la zone aspirante). À la fin du délai programmé l'utilisateur est averti par le signal sonore correspondant.
Dès que le timer a terminé le compte à rebours, un signal sonore se déclenche (pendant 2 minutes ou s'arrête en appuyant sur une quelconque touche, alors que l'afficheur (10) clignote, avec le symbole “ ". UTILISATION DE L'ASPIRATEUR Allumage Appuyer sur (effleurer) ON/OFF de la plaque de cuisson/ aspirateur Le voyant s'éclaire pour signaler que la plaque de cuisson/aspirateur est prêt(e) à l'emploi. Appuyer de nouveau pour éteindre. Remarque : Cette fonction a la priorité sur toutes les autres.
Fonctionnement automatique (Hob2Hood) La hotte s'éclaire alors à la vitesse la plus indiquée en adaptant la capacité d'aspiration au puissances des zones de cuisson. Lorsque l’on éteint la plaque de cuisson, la hotte adapte la vitesse d’aspiration en la diminuant progressivement de manière à éliminer les dernières vapeurs et odeurs. Pour activer cette fonction : Appuyer brièvement sur , le voyant (11) s'éclaire pour signaler que la hotte fonctionne sous ce mode.

Timer La funzione Timer è un countdown che è possibile impostare, anche contemporaneamente, su ogni zona cottura (e sulla zona aspirante). Al termine del periodo impostato le zone cottura (o la zona aspirante) si spengono automaticamente e l'utente viene avvertito con apposito segnale acustico. Egg Timer La funzione Egg Timer è un countdown indipendente dalle zone cottura (e dalla zona aspirante). Al termine del periodo impostato l'utente viene avvertito con apposito segnale acustico.
UTILIZZO DELL’ASPIRATORE Per lo spegnimento del Timer: • selezionare la zona di cottura Accensione • impostare il valore del timer a " " , tramite Premere (sfiorare) ON/OFF piano cottura/ aspiratore La luce spia si accende ad indicare che il piano di cottura/aspiratore è pronto per l’utilizzo Premere di nuovo per spegnere Nota: Questa funzione e prioritaria su tutte le altre. Nota: la funzione rimane attiva se non si premono, nel frattempo, altri tasti.
Funzionamento automatico (Hob2Hood) La cappa si accenderà alla velocità più idonea, adattando la capacità di aspirazione alle potenze delle zone di cottura. Quando il piano cottura viene spento, la cappa adatta la sua velocità di aspirazione, diminuendola gradualmente, in modo da eliminare vapori ed odori residui. Per attivare questa funzione: Premere brevemente , l’indicatore (11) si illumina a mostare che la cappa sta lavorando in questa modalità.

5. Manutenzione Manutenzione del piano di cottura Attenzione! Prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o manutenzione, assicurarsi che le zone di cottura siano spente e che la spia di indicazione calore sia scomparsa. Manutenzione dell’aspiratore Pulizia Per la pulizia usare ESCLUSIVAMENTE un panno inumidito con detersivi liquidi neutri. NON UTILIZZARE UTENSILI O STRUMENTI PER LA PULIZIA! Evitare l’uso di prodotti contenenti abrasivi. NON UTILIZZARE ALCOOL! 5.
