BEFORE FIRST USE
• Readtheinstructionscarefully
• Removeallpackagingmaterialandlabels.
• Washinwarm,soapywaterwithasoftsponge.Rinse
thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth.
• Beforeheatingyournewcookwareforthersttime,applya
little vegetable oil (preferably peanut oil) to the inside of the
pan with a paper towel. You might consider doing this each
time you put away the cookware, to extend the life.
DAILY USE
• Suitableonallhobs(gas,ceramic,halogenandinduction).
• Alwaysstartwithacleanpan.
• Takethefoodfromtherefrigeratoratleast10minutesbefore
cooking.
• Ifyouuseoilfortasteortexture,allowtheoiltowarmfora
minute or two over low to medium heat before adding food to
the pan.
• Yourcookwarehasfastandevenheattransfersofoodandoil
charveryquickly.Alwayscookusinglowtomediumheat.Only
use high heat when the pot is lled with a liquid for boiling
your food (like for instance pasta).
• Neverallowapantoboildry.Neverletyouremptypanheatup
too long.
• Useprotectivematerialtoprotectthesurfacewhenyouplace
hot cookware on a table or countertop.
• Cookwarecanbeusedintheovenwithoutdamage(upto
250°C).Ofcourseinthiscasethehandleswillbecomehot.Use
potholders to prevent burns.
INSTRUCTION FOR INDUCTION HOB
• Atahighsettingandduringashortperiodoftime,usuallyjust
before boiling, there may be a buzzing sound. This arises from
the high tech material that is heating up and doesn't indicate a
fault in your induction hob nor your cookware and is complete
harmless.
• Thediameterofthebaseofthepanandthesizeofinduction
zone must be approximately similar in order to optimise the
reaction with the pan. Where the diameter is too small, the hob
(magnetic eld) may not react to the base of the pan
CARE AND CLEANING
• Letcooldownyourpanbeforecleaning.
• Thiscookwareisdishwashersafe,buthandwashispreferable.
Overalongperiod,regulardishwashercleaningwilleventually
scratchthepots.Cleanaftereachuse.Besurethatyoudonot
use a harsh cleaning product that is based on citric acids or that
contains chlorine bleach. If cleaning by hand use warm, soapy
water and sponge or a dishcloth. Do not use steel wool or nylon
scrubbing pads, oven cleaner or any cleaner that is abrasive, is a
citrusbasedcleanserorcontainschlorinebleach.Rinseinwarm
water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
• Alwayscleanyourcookwarethoroughly,anyremainingfood
residue will cook into the surface causing food to stick.
• Ifyouhaveremainsoffoodstucktothecookware,theycan
be easily be removed by covering the bottom of the pan with
water and letting it soak o while gently heating it at low
temperature (no need to let the water boil).
• Overheatingstainlesssteelcookwarecancauseblueor
auburn discolouration. This has no inuence on the cookware’s
performance and can be easily removed with a good detergent.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
• Cookonahobburnerthatisapproximatelysimilarinbase
diameter to that of the pan, or use on induction.
• Whencookingongas,adjusttheamesoitdoesnotareup
the sides of the pan.
• Uselowheattowarmfoods,simmerorpreparedelicatesauces.
• Heatsettingsareveryimportant.Lowerheatsettingsarenot
only good for energy-saving but also avoids the pan becoming
too hot. The nature of this cookware is to hold and distribute
the heat more eectively, helping some protein-rich foods cook
more quickly.

Warning:

handles.Touchlightlytobesurethehandleshavenot
becomehot.Useovenmittsorpotholdersifnecessary.
• Thehandlesofyourpanaremadeofstainlesssteeland
constructedtominimizeheattransfer.Nevertheless,lidsand
handles may become hot during prolonged cooking.
• Donotallowchildrennearthestovewhileyoucook.
• Toavoidinjuryalwaysusecautionwhenhandlinghotpots.
• Forsafetyreasonsneverleavecookwareunattendedwhilein
use and make sure the handles do not extend over the edge of
the stove.
• Donotallowhandlestoextendoverahotburner,becausethe
handles could get hot.
