Preheat the oven.
10.9 Slow Cooking
This function allows you to prepare lean,
tender meat and fish. You can set higher
temperature for the first 10 minutes of
cooking, and after that, the oven cooks at
80 °C. It is not applicable for such
recipes as poultry, pot roast or fatty roast
pork. You can use Food Sensor for this
function.
1. Sear meat in pan first. Put the meat
in a roasting dish or directly on the
wire shelf.
Always cook food
covered with this
function.
Put the tray below the wire shelf to
collect the fat.
2. Put the core temperature sensor into
the meat.
3. Select the function: Slow Cooking .
You can set an oven temperature
between 80 °C and 150 °C for the
first 10 minutes. The default is 90 °C.
Set the end core temperature.
The signal sounds when the oven is
at the set temperature.
4. After 10 minutes, oven automatically
sets a lower temperature.
The oven continues to operate with the
function Keep Warm.
