Fan Cooking and Full Steam in
succession
By combining Fan Cooking and Full
Steam one after the other and in
the case of Full Steam together
meat, vegetables and accompaniments
can be cooked in the oven so that they
are ready to serve at the same time.
Start roasting the food to be roasted
using the oven functionFan
Cooking .
Put prepared vegetables and ac-
companiments in oven-proof dishes
and place in the oven with the roast.
Start the Full Steam function and
cook it all together until ready.
Before you can start the Full
Steam function, the oven must
have cooled to a temperature of
around 80°C. To cool the oven down
more quickly, open the oven door to
the first position for approx. 15 mins.
