Initial Cleaning
You should clean the oven before using
it for the first time.
Caution: Do not use any caustic,
abrasive cleaners! The surface
could be damaged.
To clean the external parts of the ov-
en, only use a cloth well wrung out
with warm water to which a little
washing up liquid has been added
or a commercially available cleaner
specifically designed for this pur-
pose.
To prevent damaging the door or door
glass, avoid the use of the following:
• Household detergent and bleaches
• Impregnated pads unsuitable for
non-stick saucepans
• Brillo/Ajax pads or steel wool pads
• Chemical oven pads or aerosols
• Rust removers
• Bath/Sink stain removers
1. Turn the oven function switch to
oven lighting .
2. Remove all accessories and the shelf
support rails and wash them with
warm water and washing up liquid.
3. Wipe the front of the appliance with
a damp cloth.
