Turn the Temperature regulator clockwise to a medium setting. The temperature is automatically regulated. If the temperature inside the appliance is too high the Alarm light will light up. 3.2 Switching off To turn off the appliance, turn the Temperature regulator to the OFF position.

Turn and fix the handles for these two positions as shown in the picture. The lock is designed in such manner that you can turn the key and thus close the lid only if you previously push the key into the lock.
