6.2 Plancha
CAUTION!
Always place the plancha on
the bridge burner before
turning on the burner.
WARNING!
Do not put the plancha on
the reverse side.
1. Place the plancha on the center gas
burners, on the pan supports.
2. Preheat the plancha for 5 minutes on
medium setting.
Clean the plancha after each use with a
stiff brush and hot water only.
Warm up the plancha for 10
minutes at the maximum
setting, put the food on, then
turn down at the minimum
setting during the cooking.
Keeping warm of the
plancha is very efficient.
6.3 Before first use
1. Wash the plancha in hot water. Rinse
and then dry completely.
2. Apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to
the entire surface.
3. Preheat the plancha for 5 minutes
with the both burners at the minimum
setting.
4. When the plancha is cold dry the oil
with a towel.
5. Repeat the procedure if needed to
obtain the best cooking performance.

WARNING!

7.1 Cookware
CAUTION!
Do not use cast iron pans,
clay or earthenware pots,
grill or toaster plates. The
stainless steel can become
tarnished if it is too much
heated.
WARNING!
Do not put the same pan on
two burners. Use the same
pan on two burners only for
bridge burner.
WARNING!
Do not put unstable or
damaged pots on the burner
to prevent spills and injuries.
CAUTION!
Make sure that the bottoms
of pots do not stand too
close to the control knob,
otherwise the flame heats
the control knob up.
CAUTION!
Make sure that pot handles
are not above the front edge
of the cooktop.
CAUTION!
Make sure that the pots are
placed centrally on the
burner in order to get the
maximum stability and a
lower gas consumption.
7.2 Diameters of cookware
Use cookware with
diameters applicable to the
size of burners.
