To activate and increase the heat setting turn the knob clockwise.

The residual heat indicator does not come on. Remedy Activate the appliance again and set the heat setting in less than 10 seconds. Problem with the house electrical system. Examine the fuse in the electrical system of the house in the fuse box. If the fuses blow again and again, speak to qualified electrician.
