After use, switch off the hob element by its control and do not rely on the pan detector. If the glass ceramic surface / glass surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

Also when you use large cookware we recommend that you put it near to the rear cooking zone. 4.6 Automatic Heat Up If you activate this function you can get a necessary heat setting in a shorter time. The function sets the highest heat setting for some time and then decreases to the correct heat setting.
