IMPORTANT
Ensure that the side of the reed switch
with writing on it is facing out when
installed (see Figure 25).
45. Unsnap the reed switch from the
reed switch housing (see Figure 24A).
46. Retrieve the reed switch housing from
the door reversal kit (stamped with an
R) and snap in the reed switch (see
Figure 24B).
47. Connect the reed switch wiring
harness to the cabinet harness (see
Figure 26).
IMPORTANT
Ensure that the flat edge of the reed
switch housing is facing upwards before
inserting.
48. Snap the reed switch housing into
place (see Figure 27) ensuring that
the wiring harness is not protruding
above the top of the cabinet.
49. Reinstall the upper cover, inserting
the tabs on back side of the cover
into slots on the cabinet (see Figure
28A). Lower cover and snap into
place.
50. Open refrigerator door and reinstall
door racks and bins. Close door
when finished.
