The oven can be programmed for Dehydrating at any temperature between 100°F to 225°F with a default temperature of 120°F.

This feature will save the cooking mode, the target temperature and the cooktime (if any). The oven can recall two cooking sequences from its internal memory, one for each oven, which are easily accessible from a one touch button.
