When the desired temperature in the
meat is reached, a signal sounds and the
oven switches off.
6. To switch off the sound, press one of the
buttons.
Within a few minutes a provisional end
time is calculated, at which the core tem-
perature set will be reached. This time is
constantly recalculated and updated in
the display. For the system to work it is
essential that the meat probe is in the
meat and the socket at the start of the
cooking process and that it is not re-
moved during the cooking process.
The time display and core temperature
displays a "flashing rectangle" during the
calculation phase.
Warning! The meat probe is hot. You
can easily burn yourself when you take
the thermometer out of the oven outlet.
7. Disconnect the meat probe from the oven
outlet and take out the meat. NOTE! The
oven and the meat probe are hot.
