Application
Defrost
To defrost food (veg‐
etables and fruit).
The defrosting time
depends on the
amount and size of
the frozen food.
Moist Fan Bak‐
ing
This function is de‐
signed to save ener‐
gy during cooking.
For the cooking in‐
structions refer to
"Hints and tips" chap‐
ter, Moist Fan Bak‐
ing. The oven door
should be closed dur‐
ing cooking so that
the function is not in‐
terrupted and to en‐
sure that the oven
operates with the
highest energy effi‐
ciency possible.
When you use this
function, the temper‐
ature in the cavity
may differ from the
set temperature. The
residual heat is
used.The heating
power may be re‐
duced. For general
energy saving recom‐
mendations refer to
"Energy Efficiency"
chapter, Energy Sav‐
ing.This function was
used to comply with
the energy efficiency
class according to EN
60350-1. When you
use this function the
lamp automatically
turns off after 30 sec‐
onds.

lasagna or potato

Bread Baking
Use this function to
prepare bread and
bread rolls with a
very good professio‐
nal-like result in
terms of crispiness,
colour and crust
gloss.
Quarter Steam
+ Heat
To bake bread, roast
large pieces of meat
or to warm up chilled
and frozen meals.
Half Steam +
Heat
For dishes with a
high moisture con‐
tent, custard royale
and terrines, and for
poaching fish.
Full Steam
For vegetables, fish,
potatoes, rice, pasta
or special side-
dishes.
The lamp may automatically
deactivate at a temperature
below 60 °C during some
oven functions.
