Dra alltid ur stickkontakten ur el-uttaget innan
någon rengöring påbörjas!
Viktigt:
Detta skåp innehåller kolväten i kylenheten.
Underhåll och påfyllning ska därför utföras
endast av auktoriserade tekniker.
Urkoppling
Vid en längre tids urkoppling som t.ex. under en
semesterperiod måste ni vidta följande åtgärder: Dra
ur stickkontakten ur el-uttaget;
Plocka bort alla livsmedel ur skåpet;
Göra skåpet rent invändigt;
Lämna dörren öppen så att luften kan fritt cirkulera
och förhindra att någon obehaglig lukt eller mögel
uppstår.
Invändig belysning
Glödlampan i skåpets invändiga belysning kan
kontrolleras på följande sätt:
• Skruvarna i belysningens avskärmning skruvas
ur,
• den rörliga delen trycks av såsom visat på
skissen.
Om dörren är öppen och lampan inte tänds,
kontrollera om glödlampan är ordentligt fastskruvad.
Om den fortfarande inte fungerar, byt ut den med en
glödlampa av samma styrka.
Glödlampans typ och styrka är angivna på lampans
avskärmning.

Avfrostning
Kylskåpet
Frost avlägsnas automatiskt från
avdunstningelementet varje gång kompressorn
stannar vid normal användning av kylskåpet.
Smältvattnet rinner ut genom ett avloppshål till en
särskild behållare ovanför kompressorn på skåpets
baksida, där det sedan avdunstar.
Kom ihåg att rengöra avloppshålet mitt i
avfrostningsrännan regelbundet för att förhindra
att vattnet rinner över och droppar ner på
matvarorna i kylskåpet. Använd den renspinne
som redan sitter i avloppshålet.

Regelbunden rengöring
Tvätta av kylskåpet invändigt med Ijummet vatten
och sodapulver. Rengör utvändiga ytor med en
silikonvaxspray. Kondensatorn och kompressorn bör
rengöras med en borste eller damsugare. Detta
bidrar till att kylskåpet bibehåller sina fina
driftegenskaper och sparar energi.

If the appliance is not functioning properly, check
that:
• the plug is firmly in the wall socket and the mains
power switch is on;
• there is an electricity supply (find out by plugging
in another appliance);
• the thermostat knob is in the correct position.
• If there are water drops on the bottom of the
cabinet, check that the defrost water drain
opening is not obstructed (see “Defrosting”
section).
• If your appliance is still not working properly after
making the above checks, contact the nearest
service centre.
To obtain fast service, it is essential that when you
apply for it you specify the model and serial number
of your appliance which can be found on the
guarantee certificate or on the rating plate located
inside the appliance, on the bottom left-hand side.
Do not use a mechanical device or any artificial
means to speed up the thawing process other than
those recommended by the manufacturer.
However, when the ice becomes very thick on the
inner liner, complete defrosting should be carried out
as follows:
1. pull out the plug from the wall socket or turn the
thermostat knob to the «O» setting;
2. remove any stored food, wrap it in several layers
of newspaper and put it in a cool place;
3. leave the door open, and remove the water which
forms during defrosting by means of a sponge of
cloth;
4. when defrosting is completed, dry the interior
thoroughly; keep the scraper for future use;
5. turn the thermostat knob back to the required
sefflng or replace the plug in the power socket.
After two or three hours, reload the previously
removed food into the compartment.
Important
A temperature rise of the frozen food packs,
during defrosting, may shorten their safe storage
life.
Never use sharp metal tools to scrape off frost
from the evaporator as you could damage it.
Do not use a mechanical device or any artificial
means to speed up the thawing process other
than those recommended by the manufacturer.
