Setting Surface Controls 19 USE QUALITY COOKWARE IN GOOD CONDITION The cookware used with the Induction Cook top should have flat bottoms that make good contact with the entire surface of the Cooking Zone. Check for flatness by rotating a ruler across the bottom of the cookware (See Fig. 1). Be sure to follow all the recommendations for using cookware.

Cooking Modes BROILING This mode is best for meats, fish and poultry up to 1” thick. Broiling is a method of cooking tender cuts of meat by direct heat under the broil element of the oven. The oven can be programmed to broil at any temperature from 300°F to SERF with a default temperature of 880°F. Broiling Tips: + For optimum browning, preheat the broil element for 2 minutes.
