Start /Pause button
This option is available only with cotton programme at
95°C-60°C-40°C and synthetics programme at 60°C-
40°C. If you select this option the temperature auto-
matically decreases and, consequently, the washing
time increases. This function can be used with nor-
mally soiled laundry in order to save energy.
4. Economy button
This button allows you to select the Super Quick
Wash function, for laundry that is only slightly soiled
(not for silk ,wool and hand wash ). The washing time
will be reduced according to the type of fabric/
programme and the selected temperature.

Use
Depending on the programme, different functions can
be combined. These must be selected after choosing
the desired programme and before depressing the
start/Pause button. When these buttons are pressed,
the corresponding pilot lights come on. When they are
pressed again, the pilot lights go out. If an incorrect
option is selected, the pilot lights flash for about 2
seconds.
By depressing this button you can select Prewash or
Anti-allergic rinse option. The corresponding pilot light
will lights up.
The Prewash and the Anti-allergic rinse options
cannot be selected together.
Prewash: select this option if you wish your laun
dry to be prewashed before the main wash. (not ava-
ilable for wool and handwash cycle)
Anti-allergic rinse: Can be used with all program-
mes except the wool and the handwash programme.
The machine will add rinses to the selected progra-
mme. This option is recommended for people with
sensitive skin or who are allergic to detergents and
in areas where the water is very soft.
To restart the programme from the point at which it was
interrupted, press the Start/Pause button again.
Special 23 minutes super quick cycle is available by
choosing “cold wash” and pressing this button.

After having selected the programme and the required
options press this button to start the machine. The
corresponding pilot light stops flashing and remains lit.
To interrupt a programme which is running, depress the
Start/Pause button: the corresponding pilot light starts
to flash.
This button makes it possible to delay the starting of
the washing programme by 12, 8, 4 and 2 hours. The
delay you have selected is indicated by the coming on
of the corresponding light.
You must select this option after you have set the
programme and before you press the Start/Pause
button.
