Malfunction Possible cause Solution
The door will not open: ● The programme is still
running.
● The door lock has not been
released.

the door lock is released.

● Check whether there are any
leaks from one of the inlet
hose fittings. It is not always
easy to see this as the water
runs down the hose; check
to see if it is damp.
● The drain hose is damaged.
● The drain filter has not fully
screwed in after cleaning.
● Reduce the detergent
quantity or use another one.
● Check the water inlet hose
connection.
● Replace it with a new one.
● Screw fully in the drain filter.
