4. Pull out the emergency emptying hose
(B), place it in the container and re-
move its cap cover.
5. When no more water comes out, un-
screw the pump cover (A) and remove
it. Always keep a rag nearby to dry up
spillage of water when removing the
pump.

6. Remove any objects from the pump im-
peller by rotating it.
7. Put the cap back on the emergency
emptying hose and place the latter
back in its seat.
8. Screw the pump fully in.

Warning!
When the appliance is in use and depend-
ing on the programme selected there can
be hot water in the pump. Never remove
the pump cover during a wash cycle, al-
ways wait until the appliance has finished
the cycle, and is empty. When replacing the
cover, ensure it is securely re-tightened so
as to stop leaks and young children being
able to remove it.
CLEANING THE WATER INLET FILTER
If you notice that the machine is taking lon-
ger to fill, check that the filter in the water
inlet hose is not blocked.
1. Turn off the water tap.
2. Unscrew the hose from the tap.
3. Clean the filter in the hose with a stiff
brush.
4. Screw the hose back onto the tap.
FROST PRECAUTIONS
If the machine is installed in a place where
the temperature could drop below 0°C,
proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the water tap.
2. Unscrew the inlet hose.
