Please refer to the chart below for tips to on the best settings to use. WARNING: JetMaxx Steam is only suitable for SEALED floor surfaces, do not use on unsealed/unglazed floor surfaces. On waxed floors, steam can remove the wax “shine”.

We recommend washing the pads alone, and using liquid detergents.
