Heat is distrib‐ uted in a gentle and even way, which allows to recover taste and ar‐ oma of food as just pre‐ pared. This function can be used to reheat food directly on a plate. You can reheat more than one plate at the same time, using different shelf positions. To bake bread, roast large pieces of meat or to warm up chilled and Humidity Low frozen meals.

To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicated cleaning agent. Clean the oven interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire. The risk is higher for the grill pan.
