3. Choose SEND in the MODE menu and press the [
ENTER/YES] key. The cursor will
automatically jump to the POS/SIZE window.
4. Set the program you are using to receive the samples with to listen for incoming data.
5. Choose which sample you want to send by using the [
UP] and [DOWN] arrow keys.
Confirm the selection by pressing the [ENTER/YES] button. A bar will appear and when
it has filled up the sample has been transmitted. You will also see whether a closed loop
or an open loop transfer method is being used.
You can send every stored sample to make a complete sample dump. Scroll down
in the POS/SIZE window until you find the option that says ALL.
You can also transmit samples stored in the RAM machines. Doing this you can
sample sounds from the Machinedrum UserWave and store them externally.
ERASE SAMPLES
Every sample loaded into the UserWave can also be erased. Erasing samples frees up
sample memory.
1. Select MIDI row in the global edit row. Then select SAMPLE MGR and press [
ENTER/
YES].
2. Select ERASE by using the [UP] and [DOWN] arrows. Confirm the selection by pressing
the [ENTER/YES] button.
3. Choose which sample you want to erase by using the [UP] and [DOWN] arrows and
then press [ENTER/YES]. You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the sample.
Press the [ENTER/YES] button again to erase the sample. If you do not want to erase it,
press the [EXIT/NO] button.
