matic oil by hand every 15 min-
utes of use (constant operation)
to the air inlet.
1. Installing or changing the saw blade.
Loosen hexagon socket screw
locking the saw blade.
Insert or replace the saw blade.
Retighten hexagon socket screw.
Check to see that the saw blade
is properly secured.
2. Adjusting the hoop guard:
Loosen both Phillips screws for
hoop guard adjustment.
Adjust hoop guard to desired
depth of cut.
Retighten both Phillips screws.
3. Adjust working pressure at the com-
pressor (see Technical Specifica-
tions for max. permissible working
pressure).
4. Connect tool with quick coupler to
the air supply.
5. To start:
Push safety forward.
Press throttle fully down.
6. Hold saw at right angle to the work-
piece and and apply slight pressure
while cutting.

Caution!
If too much pressure is applied on
the saw blade, it may overheat and
break. With too little pressure there
is no sufficient cutting capacity,
resulting likewise in an overheating
of the saw blade.
If the saw blade jams while cutting:
Release throttle lever immedi-
ately.
Remove cause for jamming.
Commence cutting only after saw
blade has been entirely freed.
7. Release throttle lever to turn OFF.

Repair and maintenance work other
than described in this section must
be carried out by qualified specialists
only.
Check all screwed connections for
tightness, tighten if necessary.
If the tool is not lubricated by a serv-
ice unit or line lubricator, add 3-5
drops pneumatic oil to the air inlet
every 15 minutes of use (constant
operation).
Do not store tool unprotected out-
doors or in damp environment.
Pneumatic oil 0.5 litre
