GLOBAL SETTINGS
63
require no amplification before being handled by the Machinedrum. It is possible to set dif-
ferent trig settings for input A and B.
1. Select the ROUTING row in the GLOBAL EDIT menu. Move
the focus to TRIG IN A by
pressing the [ENTER/YES] key. This will open the trig setting menu for the external
input.
GATE sets the input gate sensitivity. A low value makes the trig more sensitive.
SENS sets the sensitivity of the inputs. The higher the sensitivity the higher the reaction to
weak signals.
VMIN and VMAX sets the minimum and maximum velocity mapping. This controls the
dynamic range of the connected trig pads.
DEST defines which track sound will be trigged by the incoming signal.
FILE
In this menu, both SysEx and sample transfers are handled. If you have a unit equipped
with a +Drive, all relevant +Drive menus are found here as well.
SYSEX SEND
The sysex send function is used for dumping patterns, songs, kits, global settings or every-
thing at once. It is also possible to dump specific ranges of patterns, kits or songs.
