ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS When assembling the bike rack, hand-tighten bolts until the entire item is assembled. This will allow you to make adjustments more easily. When all pieces are in place, tighten all bolts with wrenches. There are two options for assembly. Option 1 is set up to place both bikes on one side. Option 2 is set up to put one bike on either side of the rack. OPTION 1 OPTION 2 Step 1. Attach the tire loops (D) to one of the base legs (A) using M6x20 bolts (F). Step 1.

OPTION 1 CONTINUED OPTION 2 CONTINUED Step 4. Fit the connector bar (C) between the two tire loops (D) and secure with M6x20 bolts (F). Step 4. Fit the connector bar (C) between the two tire loops (D) and secure with M6x20 bolts (F). Step 5. Fit the base support bar (B) between the two base legs (A) and secure with M6x65 bolts (G) and washers (H). Securely tighten all bolts with wrenches. Step 5. Fit the base support bar (B) between the two base legs (A) and secure with M6x65 bolts (G) and washers (H).
