Laying orientation
Follow the laying of tiles standard recommendations of ANSI Standard
(American Norm), EN (European Norm) or the norm applicable to your
country.
Before laying the tiles we recommend to spread several pieces of
different boxes on the floor, in order to verify the esthetic result.
Small dimensional differences are normal, due to the ceramic tiles
production process. Before laying the tiles, check carefully if shade and
dimensions are all same. Some references intentionally present shade
differences among pieces. This variation is an aesthetical element that
adds to the product a higher artistical value.
Cleaning
The coating will have its esthetical aspect warranted, if a daily cleaning
with water and detergent is done. Sand may produce scratches on any
type of surface covering (stone, wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles).
Therefore, ceramic tiles are not warranted against scratches, especially
concerning glossy surface products. We recommend special care
during tile laying and use. We recommend protecting the base of
furnitures and appliances. For areas subject to below-zero
temperatures, make sure product belongs do Absorption group BIa, as
otherwise we do not guarantee frost resistance.
NEVER USE ACIDS FOR CLEANING.
