Eliane tiles are very easy to maintain. Tile, whether glazed ceramic or porcelain, should be maintained
on a regular and frequent basis to preserve the satisfactory appearance and sanitation.
The following recommendations are for regular daily care. Please follow the grout manufacturer
instructions for the complete removal of grout and construction residuo from initial installation.
For the general cleaning of glazed ceramic or porcelain tiles it is recommended to first sweep or
vacuum the surface. Then, dip a mop in water with a neutral cleaner (soapless), or a general household
cleaner, wring the excess water, and mop the floor. Follow with a clean water rinse and wipe dry to
prevent film formation.
Use a glass cleaner and soft cloth to clean accent glass tiles. Do not use abrasive materials to clean
accent pieces.
Other recommendations:
As with most porcelains, spilled liquids may stain if not promptly removed.
Neither sealing nor acid cleaning is recommended for any of Eliane’s glazed ceramic or porcelain tiles.
Follow the manufacturer dilution recommendation for all cleaners.
Protect the base of furniture and appliances.
