According to note P to the regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008, "Solvent naphta (petroleum)" is not to be classified as
"carcinogenic" or "mutagen" ingredient because a benzene content (EINECS No. 200-753-7) is below 0.1 % by weight.

4.1. Description of first aid measures
Remove contaminated soaked clothing immediately.
If you feel unwell, seek medical advice.
Adhere to personal protective measures when giving first aid.
General information
Move to fresh air in case of accidental inhalation of vapours.
In the event of symptoms refer for medical treatment.
After inhalation
Wash off immediately with plenty of water and soap for at least 15 minutes.
Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.
After contact with skin
Remove contact lens.
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.
After contact with eyes
