painted viewing area Wall or Base material Wall cecececece 3. If the surface is not uniformly smooth, smoothen it out with 500-grit sandpaper. 4. Should there be any holes or cracks on the viewing area, fill them with dry wall plaster and a spatula. 5. After the viewing surface is prepared, use a dampened lint free cloth to wipe the area before applying the paint. 6. Be sure to cover any items, such as furniture and wall decorations, around the work area with shielding plastic (or paper) and tape.
C2. Silver 3D coat: 1. Dilute: Empty the full can of paint (700 g) into a mixing container. Dilute the paint with 230 g of water. 2. Mixing: Mix the paint and water with a wooden or plastic stick (free from dust particles) for about 1520 minutes. Note: the Silver 3D paint requires more stirring than the 2D paint. 3. Observe: Black lines will appear in this mixture when stirring. The following picture shows the mixture after the lines have blended with the water, which will become one solid color.

2. First coat: Horizontal pattern application a. The first coat of paint is to be applied in a horizontal pattern starting from the top left corner of the desired viewing area. The end point will be the bottom left corner. b. When you reach the top right corner of the viewing area, continuously spray the paint keeping the nozzle in the same angle and move downwards to the next stroke of paint and make sure that you overlap the first stroke by 1/3 of the girth of paint.
4. Third coat: Diagonal pattern in a downward slope a. The third coat of paint is to be applied in a downward slope (nozzle at a 45° angle) pattern starting from the top right corner of the viewing area. The end point will be the bottom left corner. b. When you reach the edge of the viewing area, continuously spray the paint keeping the nozzle in the same angle and move downward from the first stroke of paint and make sure that you overlap the first stroke of paint by 1/3 of the girth of paint.
6. Inspect the end result a. Inspect the screen’s uniformity after painting is completed. If the color is not even throughout the viewing surface, repeat steps 2-5. b. If black, thin lines are evident on the viewing surface, repeat steps 2-5 and be sure to hold the nozzle 60cm-70cm from the surface when repainting. D2. Application of the 3D paint (final coat) 1.
