Swing open the filter compartment, remove the reusable filter and fill with ground coffee. Place the reusable filter back into the swingout basket and carefully push it closed until it snaps into place. Close the Coffeemaker Water Tank lid. Place the empty glass carafe back onto the heating plate of the coffeemaker.
