Connecting to a Power Source
Connecting the AC Adapter
A universal AC adapter is provided to supply your computer with power and also charge the
computer’ s battery pack.
The power cord for the AC adapter requires a three-hole grounded AC
outlet. Please do not remove the 3rd pin of the three pin plug of your power
cord to avoid error when running some application.
The adapter’ s AC input voltage can range anywhere from 100 to 240 volts, covering the standard
voltages available in almost every country.
To connect the computer to an external power source:
1. Plug the AC adapter s connector into the DC-IN
connector on the computer.
2. Connect the power cord to the AC adapter and then to a
wall outlet.
