Place spout assembly through mounting hole in sink. Secure spout with rubber washer (1), metal washer (2) and nut (3). 1 Place handle assembly through side hole in sink. Secure handle assembly with washer (1) and nut (2). Make sure that the slot on nut is facing up.

Reinstall the handle. Shut off water supply. Remove set screw plug (1). With valves in "closed" position, unscrew set screw (2) and remove handle (3) from valve stem (4).
