1 Bedienungsanleitung 1.1 Allgemeines Lesen Sie die hier enthaltenen Informationen, damit Sie mit Ihrem Gerät schnell vertraut werden und seine Funktionen in vollem Umfang nutzen können. Ihr Gerät dient Ihnen viele Jahre lang, wenn Sie es sachgerecht behandeln und pflegen. Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude beim Gebrauch. 1.
Ein Warnhinweis dieser Gefahrenstufe kennzeichnet eine mögliche gefährliche Situation. Falls die gefährliche Situation nicht vermieden wird, kann dies zu leichten oder gemäßigten Verletzungen führen. ► Die Anweisungen in diesem Warnhinweis befolgen, um Verletzungen von Personen zu vermeiden. Ein Hinweis kennzeichnet zusätzliche Informationen, die den Umgang mit der Maschine erleichtern. 1.
2 Sicherheit In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann jedoch zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen. 2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt in geschlossenen Räumen zum Erwärmen, Kochen und Braten von Lebensmitteln bestimmt. Das dabei verwendete Kochgeschirr muss für Induktionskochgeräte geeignet sein.
► Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit darf nur von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr. ► Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen werden.
► Die heiße Oberfläche des Keramikfeldes nicht berühren. Der Induktionskocher selbst entwickelt während des Kochvorgangs keine Hitze. Die Temperatur des Kochgeschirrs erwärmt aber die Kochstelle. 2.3.3 Explosionsgefahr Bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung des Gerätes besteht Explosionsgefahr durch entstehenden Überdruck. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um die Explosionsgefahr zu vermeiden: ► Erhitzen Sie niemals Speisen oder Flüssigkeiten in verschlossenen Behältern wie z.B. Konservendosen.

3.2 Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert: • Induktionskochfeld Ergo Touch 3500 • Bedienungsanleitung ► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden. ► Melden Sie eine unvollständige Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport sofort dem Spediteur, der Versicherung und dem Lieferanten. 3.
• Stellen Sie den Induktionskocher nicht in der Nähe von Geräten und Gegenständen auf, die empfindlich auf Magnetfelder reagieren (z.B.: Radios, Fernseher, Kassettenrecorder, etc.). • Das Gerät benötigt zum korrekten Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftströmung. Lassen Sie bei der Aufstellung an allen Seiten 10 cm Freiraum. • Die Kühlluft wird von der Unterseite des Gerätes angesaugt. Decken Sie keine Öffnungen am Gerät ab und blockieren Sie sie nicht.
4 Aufbau und Funktion In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zum Aufbau und zur Funktion des Gerätes. 4.1 Bedienelemente und Anzeigen 4.1.
4.1.3 Signaltöne Das Gerät sendet nach dem Einschalten und im Fehlerfall ein akustisches Signal aus. ► Das akustische Signal bleibt solange anstehen, bis der Fehler behoben, oder das Gerät ausgeschaltet wurde. Nähere Informationen zu den Fehleranzeigen finden Sie im Kapitel „Störungsanzeigen“. 4.1.4 Überhitzungsschutz Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgerüstet. Wenn die Temperatur des Gerätes die kritische Grenze überschreitet, wird der entsprechende Fehlercode „E01/E02“ angezeigt.
• Verbrennungsgefahr ist gering, da die Kochfläche nur durch den Topfboden erwärmt wird. • Überlaufendes Kochgut brennt nicht fest. • Schnelle, feinstufige Regelung der Energiezufuhr. 5.2 Hinweise zum Kochgeschirr Das für die Induktionskochfläche benutzte Kochgefäß muss aus Metall sein, magnetische Eigenschaften haben und eine ausreichende, plane Bodenfläche besitzen.
5.3 Sicherheitshinweise ► Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, um bei Gefahren schnell eingreifen zu können. ► Das Gerät darf nicht währem dem Betrieb oder mit heißem Kochgeschirr auf der Kochstelle versetzt werden. ► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kochgeschirr mittig auf dem Kochfeld steht. Es darf weder auf dem Bedienfeld, noch auf dem Rahmen abgestellt werden. ► Legen Sie keine Küchenutensilien, Koch- oder Pfannendeckel, Messer oder andere Gegenstände aus Metall auf die Kochstelle.
5.4.2 Leistungsmodus • Drücken Sie anschließend die Taste 2 Select. Die Anzeigelämpchen On/Off und Power leuchten auf. Die voreingestellte Leistungsstufe „1200“ wird angewählt und das Gerät schaltet ein. • Mit den Wahltasten 4. und 6. + / - können Sie die Einstellung im Bereich 500 – 2000 W (1500 W) ändern. ► Beim Kochen empfehlen wir Ihnen, wie vom konventionellen Herd gewohnt, die Leistungsstufen 500 – 2000 W (1500 W) zu benutzen. ► Linkes Kochfeld: Maximum 2000 W. Rechtes Kochfeld: Maximum 1500 W. 5.
5.4.5 Max/Min- Funktion • Drücken Sie die Taste Max oder Min, die Leistungsstufe oder Temperatur wird auf das Maximum oder Minimum umgestellt. 5.4.6 Ausschalten • Schalten Sie das Gerät über On/Off aus. ► Kochgeschirr nicht ohne Kochgut auf das Keramikfeld stellen. Das Erhitzen eines leeren Topfes oder einer leeren Pfanne aktiviert den Überhitzungsschutz und das Gerät schaltet ab. ► Das Gerät nicht betreiben, wenn es in irgendeiner Weise beschädigt ist oder nicht richtig funktioniert.
► Das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen und nicht in die Spülmaschine geben. ► Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel und keine Lösungsmittel. ► Kratzen Sie hartnäckige Verschmutzungen nicht mit harten Gegenständen ab. 6.2 Reinigung Keramik-Kochfeld Das Keramik-Kochfeld mit einem feuchten Tuch oder unter Verwendung einer milden, nicht scheuernden Seifenlösung abwischen.

11 Operating Manual 11.1 General Please read the information contained herein so that you can become familiar with your device quickly and take advantage of the full scope of its functions. Your induction cooker will serve you for many years if you handle it and care for it properly. We wish you a lot of pleasure in using it! 11.

12.1 Intended use This device is only intended for use in households in enclosed spaces for warming up, cooking and roasting foods. The cooking pots used for the induction hob surface must be suitable for induction cooking. Uses for a different purpose or for a purpose which exceeds this description are considered incompatible with the intended or designated use. Warning Danger due to unintended use! Dangers can emanate from the device if it is used for an unintended use and/or a different kind of use.
Please note ► Defective components must always be replaced with original replacement parts. Adhere to the following safety instructions in order to prevent a danger of explosion: ► Never heat food or liquids in sealed containers such as, for example, cans. The container can burst due to the overpressure generated. A can is best heated by opening it an placing it in a pot filled with a little water. 12.3.
Danger ► Do not operate this device if its power cable or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly or if it is damaged or has been dropped. If the power cable is damaged, it will need to be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agency or a similar qualified person, to avoid any dangers. ► Do not open the housing on the device under any circumstances. There is a danger of an electrical shock if live connections are touched and the electrical or mechanical structure is altered.
13.3 Unpacking To unpack the device, remove the device out of the carton and remove the packaging material. 13.4 Disposal of the packaging The packaging protects the device against damages during transit. The packaging materials are selected in accordance with environmentally compatible and recyclingrelated points of view and can therefore be recycled. Returning the packaging back to the material loop saves raw materials and reduces the quantities of accumulated waste.

14Design and Function This chapter provides you with important safety notices on the design and function of the device. 14.1 Operating elements and displays 14.1.
14.1.3 Signal Tones The appliance emits an acoustic signal after being switched on and in the event of a fault. Please note ► The acoustic signal continues to sound until the fault has been rectified or the appliance has been switched off. You will find more detailed information on error messages in the chapter entitled „Fault indications“. 14.1.4 Overheating Protection Facility The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection facility.

15.3 Safety Instructions Warning ► Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation, so that you can intervene quickly in the event of danger. ► Do not move the appliance during operation or with hot cookware on the hot plate. ► Ensure that the cookware is properly centred on the hob. It must not be positioned on the control panel or on the frame. ► In order to prevent overheating do not place any aluminium foil or metal panels on the appliance surface.
15.4.3 Temperature Mode • Press the select button until signal lamp temp lights up to select the temperature mode. The preset temperature stage "240°C" is shown in the display. • With the + / - keys, you can change the settings at any time in a range from 60 – 240°C. (Temperature stages: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 240 °C). • Please note that the two functions of level (power) and temperature can be chosen as alternative.
16 Cleaning and Maintenance This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining the device. Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation. 16.1 Safety information Attention Please observe the following safety notices, before you commence with cleaning the device: ► The device must be cleaned and food residues must be removed at regular intervals.
17.1 Safety notices Attention ► Only qualified electricians, who have been trained by the manufacturer, may carry out any repairs on electrical equipment. ► Improperly performed repairs can cause considerable dangers for the user and damages to the device. 17.2 Fault indications In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the fault. Display Description E0 No pot detected. Place a pot suitable for induction on the device.
Therefore, do not put your old device into the non-recyclable waste under any circumstances. Please note ► Utilise the collection point, established in your town, to return and recycle old electric and electronic devices. If necessary, contact your town hall, local refuse collection service or your dealer for information. ► Ensure that your old device is stored safely away from children until it is taken away.

22.3.2 Danger de brûlure ATTENTION Les aliments à cuire chauffés par cet appareil ainsi que les récipients de cuisson utilisés et la surface de l'appareil elle-même peuvent se réchauffer fortement. Respectez les indications de sécurité suivantes pour éviter de vous brûler ou que quelqu’un d'autres ne se brûle : ► Protégez vos mains de la chaleur lors de tous travaux sur l'appareil ou le récipient de cuisson par des gants de protection contre la chaleur ou autre tissus protecteur.
REMARQUE Après avoir éteint la source d’incendie, laisser refroidir le récipient de cuisson et l’appareil et veiller à suffisamment aérer à l'air frais. 22.3.
23.2 Inventaire et contrôle de transport La plaque chauffante à induction Ergo Touch 3500 est livré de façon standard avec les composants suivants : • Plaque chauffante à induction Ergo Touch 3500 • Mode d'emploi Remarque ► Vérifier l'intégralité de la livraison et les éventuels défauts visuels. ► En cas de livraison incomplète ou de dégâts en raison d'un emballage insuffisant ou du transport veuillez en avertir immédiatement l'expéditeur, l'assurance et le livreur. 23.
• Ne positionnez pas la table d’induction à proximité d’appareils et d’objets qui réagissent aux champs magnétiques (p. ex. : radio, téléviseurs, enregistreurs de cassette, etc.). • L'appareil nécessite une ventilation suffisante pour un fonctionnement correct. Laissez lors de l'établissement 10 cm d’espace libre sur tous les côtés. • L'air froid est aspiré en dessous de l'appareil. Ne couvrez pas les ouvertures de l'appareil et ne les bouchez pas.
24 Structure et fonctionnement Ce chapitre est consacré à des indications importantes sur la structure et le fonctionnement de l'appareil. 24.1 Eléments de commande et d'affichage 24.1.
24.1.3 Signaux sonores L'appareil émet un signal acoustique après la mise sous tension et en cas de panne. REMARQUE ► Le signal acoustique retentit jusqu'à ce que la panne soit réparée ou que l'appareil ait été mis hors circuit. Des informations plus amples sur les signalisations des pannes se trouvent au chapitre «Affichages d’incidents». 24.1.4 Protection de surchauffe L'appareil est équipé d’une protection de surchauffe.
• Sécurité accrue car l'énergie n'est transférée que si un récipient de cuisson est posé sur la plaque. • Vitesse de réchauffement élevée. • Transfert d’énergie entre la zone de cuisson à induction et le fond du récipient de cuisson avec un degré d'efficacité élevé. • Danger de brûlure faible car la table de cuisson n'est réchauffée que par le fond du récipient de cuisson. • Les aliments qui débordent pendant la cuisson ne brûlent plus. • Réglage rapide et précis de l’utilisation d’énergie. 25.
Remarque ► Le poids maximum admis de récipient de cuisson avec contenu ne doit pas dépasser 6 kg. ► Attention en cas d’utilisation de récipients de cuisson à double paroi. Ces récipients de cuisson peuvent se vider du liquide qu’ils contiennent pendant la cuisson sans que l’on s’en aperçoive. Cela conduit à endommager le récipient de cuisson et le champ de cuisson. 25.
25.4.2 Mode Niveau de puissance • Appuyez ensuite sur la touche 2 Select Les voyants On/Off et Power s’allument.La tension prédéfinie « 1200 » est sélectionnée et l'appareil est branché. Les touches + / - (4+6) vous permettent de modifier les paramètres à tout moment dans une fourchette de 500 W à 2000 W (1500 W). Remarque ► Pour la cuisson, nous vous recommandons, comme d’habitude sur une cuisinière conventionnelle, d’utiliser les fourchettes de puissance de 500 à 2000 W (1500 W).
25.4.5 Fonction maxi/mini Appuyez sur la touche maxi ou mini pour faire passer le niveau de puissance ou la température au maximum ou au minimum. 25.4.6 Arrêt de l’appareil • Arrêtez l’appareil par la touche marche/arrêt. Remarque ► Ne posez aucun accessoire de cuisine vide sur la céramique. Si vous chauffez un pot ou une casserole vide, la protection de surchauffe est activée et l'appareil est éteint. ► N'utilisez pas l'appareil s'il est endommagé ou si son fonctionnement n'est pas correct.
26.2 Nettoyage La table d´induction, boîte de l'appareil et champ de commande • Nettoyer la table d´induction, le boîte de l´appareil et le champ de commande à l'aide d'un chiffon doux humidifié. Prudence ► Ne pas utiliser de produits nettoyants agressifs ou abrasifs et aucun solvant. 27 Réparation des pannes Ce chapitre est consacré à des indications importantes sur la localisation des pannes et leur réparation. Pour éviter les dangers et les dégradations il faut observer les indications. 27.
27.3 Causes de pannes et réparation Le tableau suivant vous assiste lors de la localisation et de la réparation de dérangements mineurs. Erreur Cause possible Réparation Fiche secteur non branchée. Enfoncer la fiche secteur. Coupe circuit activé. Désactiver le coupe-circuit. Pas d’affichage Prudence ► Si vous ne pouvez pas résoudre le problème à l'aide du tableau ci-dessus, adressezvous au service après vente.
Un éventuel usage commercial reste couvert par la garantie dans la mesure où cette utilisation ne dépasse pas le cadre des contraintes d'un usage privé. L'appareil n'est pas prévu pour un usage commercial plus intensif. En cas de recours en garantie justifié nous déciderons de réparer l'appareil ou de le remplacer par un appareil sans défaut. Les manques doivent être signalés dans un délai de 14 jours après livraison. Tout autre recours est sans objet.

Con riparazioni inadeguate possono verificarsi pericoli per l’utilizzatore. ► Una riparazione dell’apparecchio durante il periodo di garanzia dovrà essere effettuata soltanto da un servizio Clienti autorizzato dal produttore, altrimenti decade ogni diritto di garanzia per danni che ne conseguono.
32.3.2 Pericolo di ustioni Avviso Il preparato da cuocere cotto all'interno dell'apparecchio e le stoviglie utilizzate per la cottura, così come le superfici dell'apparecchio possono scaldarsi molto. Osservi le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza, per non scottare se stessi o altri: ► Protegga le sue mani durante qualsiasi tipo di lavoro sull’apparecchio o sulle stoviglie roventi, mediante guanti e presine isolanti o simili.
Indicazione Una volta che il focolaio è stato spento, si lascino raffreddare le stoviglie e l'apparecchio e ci si assicuri che vi sia una sufficiente aerazione. 32.3.5 Pericolo dovuto a corrente elettrica Pericolo Pericolo di vita dovuto a corrente elettrica! In caso di contatto con cavi o componenti sotto tensione, sussiste pericolo di vita.
33.2 Insieme della fornitura ed ispezione trasporto Il fornello a Induzione Ergo Touch 3500 viene fornito standard con le seguenti componenti: • Fornello a Induzione • Istruzioni d’uso Indicazione ► Controlli che la fornitura sia completa e non presenti danni visibili. ► Segnali immediatamente al spedizioniere, all’assicurazione e al fornitore una fornitura incompleta o danni dovuti ad un imballaggio insufficiente o al trasporto. 33.
• L'apparecchio necessita una sufficiente aerazione per un funzionamento corretto. Durante il posizionamento lasci 10 cm di spazio su tutti i lati. • Non copra alcuna apertura sull'apparecchio e non le blocchi. • La presa dovrà essere facilmente accessibile, in modo tale che il cavo elettrico possa essere facilmente estratto, in casi d'emergenza.
34 Costruzione e funzione In questo capitolo riceverà indicazioni importanti sulla costruzione e sulla funzione dell’apparecchio. 34.1 Comandi e display 34.1.1 Pannello comandi 1 Interruttore On/Off sia per due fornelli 2.
34.1.3 Suoni di segnalazione L’apparecchio emette un segnale acustico con l’accensione ed in caso d'errore. Indicazione ► Il segnale acustico rimane acceso fino a quando l’errore non è stato eliminato o fino a quando l’apparecchio non viene spento. Troverà ulteriori informazioni a proposito degli avvisi d'errore nel capitolo “Visualizzazione malfunzionamenti”. 34.1.4 Protezione surriscaldamento L'apparecchio è dotato di una protezione surriscaldamento.
• Sicurezza incrementata, visto che l’energia viene trasmessa solo, quando la pentola è stata posizionata. • Trasmissione energetica con elevato grado d’azione tra la zona di cottura ad induzione ed il fondo della pentola. • Elevata velocità di riscaldamento. • Basso pericolo di ustione, visto che la superficie di cottura viene riscaldata esclusivamente mediante il fondo della pentola. • Il prodotto da cuocere che trabocca non si attacca bruciando.
Indicazione ► Il peso massimo ammissibile della pentola con il suo contenuto non dovrà superare i 6 kg. ► Attenzione nell’utilizzo di pentole cave per la cottura a fuoco lento. Queste pentole possono far evaporare l’acqua e svuotarsi, senza che ci si accorga di ciò. Ciò comporta danni alla pentola e alla postazione di cottura. 35.3 Indicazioni di sicurezza Avviso ► Non lasci l'apparecchio incustodito durante il suo funzionamento, per poter agire rapidamente, in caso di pericoli.
35.4 Funzionamento dell’apparecchio 35.4.1 Accensione • Collegare il cavo di alimentazione a una presa adatta. • L’indicatore si accende breve e l’apparecchio va poi in modalità di standby. • Posizionare una stoviglia idonea, con il preparato da cucinare / arrostire in modo centrato sulla postazione di cottura (Ø 120 mm - 260 mm). • Premere ora l’interruttore On/Off per accendere i Ergo Touch 2000. • Si accende la spia di controllo ON/OFF. • La spia di controllo per Power lampeggia. 35.4.
35.4.4 • • Timer Premere il tasto 2 Select finché la spia di controllo sopra Timer è accesa. Il display visualizza „00”. Con le +/-, potete selezionare il tempo di funzionamento con intervalli di 5 minuto (sino a un massimo di 180 minuti). Dopo che il tempo è trascorso, viene emesso un segnale acustico e il dispositivo passa automaticamente in modalità standby. Indicazione ► Durante il funzionamento del timer, potete in qualsiasi momento modificare la durata con i comandi a +/-.

Attenda che l'apparecchio si sia raffreddato. ► Pulisca la cottura dopo l'utilizzo, non appena si è raffreddato.
37.2 Visualizzazione malfunzionamenti Nel caso di un malfunzionamento verrà visualizzato un codice errore sul display, che descriverà la causa dell’errore. Display Descrizione E0 Nessuna pentola riconosciuta. Piazzare sul campo di cottura una pentola idonea all’induzione. E01, E02 Protezione da surriscaldamento o cortocircuito. Staccare la spina e lasciare raffreddare l'apparecchio. E03 Sovratensione o sottotensione. Contattare il servizio di assistenza clienti.
39 Garanzia A partire dalla data di vendita assumiamo per questo prodotto una garanzia di 24 mesi per difetti, riconducibili ad errori di fabbricazione o nelle materie prime. Ciò non ha alcuna influenza sulle sue pretese di garanzia di legge in conformità al §439 e seguenti del BGB-E. Non contenute nella garanzia sono i danni, che si sono verificati a causa di un trattamento o un impiego inadeguato, così come i danni, che compromettono solo lievemente il funzionamento o il valore dell’apparecchio.
