UNIVERSALLY APPLICABLE CLEANING CONCENTRATE
FOR LABORATORY AND WORKSHOP
Description
For laboratory instruments and work pieces made of:
glass, alkaline-resistant plastics,
ceramics, rubber (excellent for breathing masks),
metals, non-ferrous metals, also light metals.
It removes contaminations such as:
oils, fats and greases,
dust,
soot, cokings, etc.
Application and dosage
Use 1 5 % at 20 80° C in an ultrasonic bath; in an immersion bath without
ultrasound: 5 – 10 %. After cleaning, rinse items thoroughly and dry.

Safety recommendations
The concentrate is classified as Irritant (Xi, R41-38) according to the German
regulations on dangerous substances / EC directives. Observe the hints indicated
in the Safety Data Sheet. Always handle chemicals with care.
Physical-chemical characterisation
Density: 1132 g/l, pH (concentrate): ~13.
Ingredients according to Annex VII, A, EC-Regulation 648/2004 (detergents):
5-15% anionic tensides, <5% amphoteric tensides, 5-15% phosphates, <5% NTA.
Disposal
The surfactants in our product meet the criteria for biodegradation as laid down in
Annex III of the Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents. The cleaning bath
can be fed into the public sewage system after neutralisation; observe the local pH
limit values and check the contamination contained in the used solution (observe
local sewage regulations). Do not discharge the concentrate into the public
sewage system or into the private waste before neutralisation.
For neutralisation we recommend: use acetic or citric acid in an ultrasonic bath
do not use hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid there !
European waste code: 20 01 29*, „detergents containing dangerous substances“.
Volumes, storage and transport
Available volumes: 1l, 10l, and 25l.
Store in closed original container at a temperature between -5 and +30°C,
protected from heat and direct solar radiation. Do not store with acids.
Shelf life: 5 years from date of production (see stamp on label).
Classification for all means of transport: no hazardous material.
