Filterlüfter LV 80 – 800
Austrittsfilter GV 80 – 600/700
1. Montage
• Montageausschnitt mithilfe der Bohrschablone
anfertigen.
• Lüfter oder Austrittsfilter in den Ausschnitt
einsetzen und falls erforderlich, festschrauben.
• Elektrischen Anschluss durchführen.
2. EMV-Ausführung
• Montageausschnitt und Befestigungsbohrungen
anbringen.
• Im Montageausschnitt muss eine leitfähige
Verbindung zwischen Schaltschrank und dem
metallisierten Innengitter hergestellt werden,
z. B. durch Entfernen der Lackschicht.
• Kontaktstreifen in den Ausschnitt einkleben.
• Lüfter oder Austrittsfilter in den Ausschnitt
einsetzen und mit den beiliegenden Schrauben
festschrauben.
3. Elektrischer Anschluss
• Der Anschluss erfolgt über Klemmen oder
Steckverbindung.
• Die Anschlussspannung muss mit der
Nennspannung des Lüfters übereinstimmen.
• Bei Gleichspannung ist die Polarität zu
beachten.
4. Wechseln und Reinigen der
Filtermatten
• Zum Wechseln der Filtermatte das Abdeckgitter
abnehmen.
• Ausspülen in Wasser bis 40°C, evtl. unter
Zusatz von handelsüblichen Feinwaschmitteln.
• Auch Ausklopfen, Absaugen oder Ausblasen
mit Pressluft ist möglich.
• Auswringen oder scharfen Wasserstrahl
vermeiden.
5. Zubehör
• IP 54: Filtermatten P15/150S, P15/350S,
P15/500S or T3/290S
• IP 55: Z-Line-Filter ZF 250 - 700
• Dichtungen D 80 – D 700
• Thermostate TRS 60, TRW 60, TWR 60
Zubehör- und Ersatzteile können bei der

1. Installation
• Use the cut-out template to make the cut-out in
the enclosure.
• Insert the fan or exhaust filter into the cut-out
from outside, use screws only if necessary.
• Carry out the electric connection.
2. EMC version
• Make the cut-out and the screw holes in the
enclosure.
• A conductive connection must be made
between the enclosure and the metallized inner
grille, e.g. by removing the film of paint on the
surface of the enclosure.
• Paste the spring contact strip in the cut-out.
• Insert the fan or exhaust filter into the cut-out
from outside and use the enclosed screws for
fastening.
3. Electrical Connection
• The electrical connection is effected through
terminal or plug-in-connection.
• Supply voltage must correspond to the voltage
of the fan.
• For DC fans the correct current polarity must be
observed.
4. Replacement and Cleaning of
Filter Mat
• Remove front grille to replace filter mat.
• Wash filter mat in water up to 40°C, with a mild
detergent added if necessary.
• It is also possible to beat, vacuum or to blow it
with compressed air.
• Do not wring nor use sharp jet.
5. Accessories
