Use and Care Manual

Use with cottons, and medium weight fabrics. Most of the
stabilizer will tear o by hand after the embroidery is
finished, and whatever remains will dissolve in the wash.
EMBROIDERY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mark the embroidery design position on your fabric
2. Layer the fabric onto a piece of Washaway/Tearaway
stabilizer that is 2 – 3 inches larger than the hoop.
2. Loosen the outer hoop screw.
3. Place the two layers on the outer hoop ring, keeping your
marking in the center of the hoop.
4. Place the inner hoop ring on top of the fabric and push into
the outer ring. This should be an easy push. If not, loosen
the screw on the outer hoop a bit more and try again.
5. Once inserted, make sure that your marked position is in the
middle of the hoop. Make adjustments if necessary.
6. Tighten the outer hoop screw until secure.
7. Attach hoop to machine and sew your design.
8. When your project is complete, carefully tear away the excess
stabilizer from the back of the embroidery. The remaining
stabilizer will dissolve upon washing.
Use with knits and thin fabrics. The stabilizer will remain
under the embroidery throughout the life of the project
keeping the design crisp and undistorted as it wears.
