Recovering the Operating System
If for any reason the touchcomputer’s operating system and software need to be
recovered TO FACTORY SETTINGS, there are two ways you can recover your
system:
I) Use the Elo recovery utility (included in POSReady 2009 and Windows 7
systems)
i. Use the included image to recover the touchcomputer (For POSReady
2009 Only.)
1. After the Elo logo shows up, press DOWN repeatedly to enter Windows
Boot Manager.
2. Select OS Recovery
3. The following UI shall be presented
4. Click Recover Æ Start Recovery Process
